Parijat Lake Resort by GoldMark, Madhai - Satpura National Park

The pictures of the rooms and the reviews online were completely misleading. The rooms were much smaller and the bathroom sink was filthy and the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The hand towels provided were filthy. We were promised wifi but there was no wifi. The staff were very disorganised and had not planned anything in advance for instance we had paid for three safaris but neither of them had been booked in advance. There was only vegetarian food that was provided. The location also was not good. There were cows everywhere ruining the river side view. This is the worst place to stay and I would strongly recommend against it. For the amount we paid it was not worth it at all I have stayed in Oyo rooms better than this this for 1/3rd the price.

Small rooms with not so well kept amenities. The rooms were not cleaned during the 4 days stay. The staff are helpful but untrained for hospitality. The food was good but it was the same for the duration of the stay.

The hotel is filthy,the linen is dirty and stained. The bathrooms smell like public toilet’s. The staff sleep on the common sofas and areas. There is no WiFi connection! The pool is green, the approach and surroundings is full of dogs and cattle and no lighting. The staff are inefficient and have no accountability for anything.

Beautiful place with the best location of the resort among others. Great food, great view, bad swimming pool and small rooms. Only for a day or en route to panchmarhi. Since nothing much here.

Good staff very polite and very fast service. Limited rooms are very good idea. Location is fabulous. Bathrooms are also very much clean. Food is good. Swimming pool is very compact.

In my opinion, if the resort has slide-like swings for kids, it will be even better.and trampoline also...and resorts food is very tasty and my opinion is add non veg| food also I give resort 5 star and resort provide best services for guest I really like this resort.. wonderful experience

The stay was comfortable. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Stayed there for 2 days for wild life safaris at Satoura Tiger Reserves. Early morning tea and safari breakfast was on time.|Need to increase the lunch and dinner spread.

Food is Excellent... Service is Excellent.. Rooms are Very Good...but bit over prized... Breakfast 🥞 served very Good... Food served was really Excellent & highly satisfying... Mr Durgaprasad & Mr Ankush are a good staff & take good care of guests... Chef is good but disappointed on a day..... Location 3 star ⭐⭐⭐(For pachmarhi Guest... ⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Madhai Guests).... Far (89) KM from pachmarhi... If you want to explore Pachmarhi... Not recommended...
