Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! It was far away from 'luxury'. The price we paid and the service we received were poles apart. The caretaker was rude, passed comments on women and lazy. The caretaker and cleaner wouldn't show up at the property until 10am in the morning. He kept bad mouthing the cook and shouting in front of the guests. He used abusive language and also told us that now all women consume alcohol so why some of the women were not drinking. The cleaner hardly cleaned the rooms and the common areas. They were so lazy that they left the dinner table uncleaned and uncleared until morning with all the food, dirty dishes and food remains on the table. We cleared the table in the morning. The front rooms which face the road are very noisy as the property in on the highway. The whole night we had to hear the honking of the trucks. They can put sound barriers to reduce the noise. They kept cutting cost on food and messed up with the decided menu. Not recommended! You can find more cheaper and luxury stays around Pench which have better facilities and service.

Suman Vatika resort is an aesthetically beautiful place to stay. This resort gives a luxurious feel with very peaceful environment. Coming to the service the staff of this resort are very friendly and helpful also the food they prepared was delicious. Highly recommended must visit.

Hello, here is our feedback for the stay- 1. The best part of our stay was the food; timely made, excellent quality and taste, the cook was very welcoming and curated it perfectly to our tastes. The cook is outsourced. 2. The caretakers were mostly missing and would arrive very late, not before 9 and we and the cook would be waiting on them. 3. Nothing was cleaned from the night before, the dirty dishes and trash from the night before was left till 9 in the morning. 4. The towels given were stained and unclean. 5. Our rooms were not cleaned and beds not made even once during our stay. 6. The caretaker was extremely rude, no one even greeted us. Infact he was shouting and fighting with the staff in front of us and even after repeatedly asking him to not do so, didn't stop. 7. Basic hygeine was lacking, washing hands , using the same dirty cloth for tables kitchen and glasses. 8. No one was there to take responsibility and manage staff. We had to keep searching for the caretakers. 9. The property is on the highway, so The constant traffic can be heard. Overall a very dissapointing stay, far from luxury.

Rooms were great. The service was good. Sunil, the manager was good. He arranged a great birthday decoration. The chef was very patient and his food was good too.

It’s beautiful to stay as it’s so close to the main gates for safari. The pool is chilled. The hospitality is amazing again. Expect home cooked meals and all things good. The staff takes care of you and how.
