Cassato pool villa resort

I had a very bad experience with this resort. We booked it as a family, and before confirming the booking I must have asked them at least a hundred times whether there would be any bachelor guests. Every time, they assured me that since we are coming as a family, only family guests would be allowed, and no bachelors would be taken. But in the end, they still admitted bachelors, and our family’s privacy was completely lost. On top of that, the caretaker there was extremely rude—no manners, no sense of responsibility. Is this how you treat paying customers? We gave you money to enjoy peacefully, not to be treated like this. And about the food—honestly, I would tell anyone not to rely on it. If you’re planning to go there, make sure you arrange your own food. They have no proper vegetarian options, and if you ask, they’ll just throw in some chicken and charge Rs. 200 per head. What they serve is basically just rice, chapati, and chicken curry, without even basic hospitality. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

All good but customer service was very worst. I think customer service is most important thing other than anything. Don't want to suggest this anyone
