Sanctum Spring

My stay at the resort was wonderful! The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a great experience — I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Had booked 3 executive rooms for 25th and 26th oct for my family atleast 20 days in advance by calling the resort directly. When we arrived they told me 1 room is available on ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor, rest all already occupied. Not sure how difficult was it for them manage 3 rooms side by side as when I booked there were plenty of rooms available. When i confronted them, receptionist said they had online booking from Agoda/MakeMyTrip where they provide priority and if customer complaints there ratings get affected. For executive rooms they had amenities like balcony/ fridge, though there was no balcony on ground floor room and no fridge in 2 rooms. 3 pin plugs were not working and they didn't bother to check once. There was no floor mat in the room. Bathroom was leaking. Curtains were torn. Swimming pool was very very dirty. Very disappointing considering 4000 per room per night. And for all this inconvenience they gave 2000 discount on overall bill. Definitely not recommended to stay here.

In room No.304. Lot of pieces of cobwebs found in face towels. One plug point available in room to charge cell phone is not working. The kettle supplied is not workingm The wash basin light and hall mirror light are not working. But ambience is good. Food is good. Please set right. Though we have booked one month in advance we have been given 2nd floors. Why?

Absolutely loved our stay at Sanctum Spring in Varkala! The place is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view from the property is spectacular – perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Varkala cliff. The breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic stay.

We stayed in this resort recently. The location is excellent. Staffs are very cooperative. Very near to the temple, beach. So many eateries are nearby to taste the south indian north indian and continental dishes.Easy to locate. The pool is well maintained and clean. As There is no lift facility, elderly people may find little bit difficult to access the top side rooms.

Property is located in a prime location. Both the cliff and beach is accessible by walking itself. Neat and hygienic rooms and swimming pool. Room includes Complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was excellent (Felt like eating at home). Receptionist Mr.Ambu was very friendly and he will treat us like his family members. I would strongly recommend this resort for those who want a hassle and worry free stay.

We had good stay at Sanctum spring Rooms are neet and clean and staff members are supportive We visited there during Diwali eve. They arranged a wonderful celebration for guests and we enjoyed a lot

One of the best resorts I’ve been to. Best service and kudos to the staff and all the people working there and maintaining the property in the best way. Breakfast is too good.Swimming pool was neat and clean.The resort is located near cliff and beach to enjoy with your family.
