Rooms are unclean and nothing works in the room worst of all no cctv surveillance or management contact info the staff working der stole my airpods worth rs 20k when asked dey started fighting back worst staff and management wouldn’t recommend cuz of safety reasons alone stay away from this place

Views are great. Breakfast was also great. Two young men who attend to the guests: RABI and SUNIL were very helpful, and made the stay pleasant. However, Rooms are not maintained properly. Despite being clean, there are issues of leakages and drainage. You have to shower in the tub and the water accumulates there due to slow drainage. It is a very unpleasant experience. Also, attention needs to be paid to pest-controlling. Lizards in the room may often scare guests to the extent that their entire stay becomes horrible. It is expensive. Given the condition and amenities, princing should be reduced by at least 40 percent.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful. Beautiful view from room of Oceans. Probably the best food we had in entire Cherai Beach. This is a great hotel and the kids loved the pool area! Breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. (waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc) The only thing is that if you stay in the suite like we did, be aware the bedroom is not separated from the living room by a door...we were a little surprised by that! Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again!!!

The Rooms were neat and clean with all basic amenities like AC, TV, Wifi etc. Was surprised to see Bathtubs in the washrooms. Staff was friendly and the View from the Balcony was Simply Breathtaking!! Really enjoyed the infinity pool, although the water could have been a bit more cleaner. Special Thanks to the Owner who was very accommodating to our requirements and also providing a lovely Breakfast even when the chef was on leave. Which made our stay here all the more Wonderful.

Please don’t book this. Not one thing is properly working be it AC or kettle. Bathtub is broken. There are dead cockroaches in the bathroom. No cooling at all by ac. Restaurant is not working so for breakfast you have to go to a near by resort in the morning. Everything is In very poor condition, I would adjust and stay here if it was cheaper but the price they ask and we pay it’s really not worth it.

In my words! the view was quite amazing and fecilities are good than i thought me and family were stayed there like 4 times.in my experience it was amazing especially the sunset and the pool you can get the vibe of sunset💗and the beach was waiting for the sunset to come over.but disliked things was there is cockroaches running in the floor it feel me to get uncomfortable and the room we stayed was quite good.one thing want to say is if u are a foreigner u can chill there🤌🫡

Need more maintenance in rooms , pool area etc . Location is excellent .
