Lake n River Resort Munroe Island

This was my second visit to the resort, as I was quite pleased with my initial experience. Overall, the experience was satisfactory; however, there was another large group that nearly filled the property, which left us sitting idle until lunch. After expressing our concerns, the staff took steps to assist us. While the food was tasty, the variety was limited considering the price we paid. We had to wait over thirty minutes due to the staff's focus on the other group. I believe there is room for improvement in the service. One staff member was particularly helpful and made an effort to prioritize our needs. On a positive note, the kayaking and boating activities were excellent and provided us with the most enjoyment. If you plan to visit, it would be wise to inquire about the presence of large groups, as this resort can be a great weekend getaway otherwise.

Nestled amidst lush greenery and overlooking the serene lake, this resort is a true gem. The beautifully landscaped gardens, the soothing sound of the water features, and the warm hospitality of the staff all combined to create a sense of relaxation and calm. Highly recommended

Worst experience on my stay in Lake N River resort with my family(2 adults and 2 kids) Anyone planning for quality/nice food during your stay on this resort, pls totally avoid this resort, bcoz the food on this resort is horrible. They provide only previous day food. In my experience i usually adjust the food on any trip, but this resort food is horrible(cant even eat veg food). 1 fine example they will charge you even for pickle(INR 30)/Pappad(INR 50)/Curd(50)/Rasam(INR 125). They mention its buffet, but they wont provide buffet and they ask for you to select even if its included on your plan. In short, check out the below points.||1) No buffet if you visit on weekdays and very less option for food menu.|2) If you book for n number of days, they will not clean your room until you check out after 1st day. Usually on daily basis room clean should happen, and they charge water bottles for more than 1 day, |3)Front end room was stinks always. |4) Even your room also stinks in next day as they are not cleaning on daily basis.||Finally attaching the food bill copy herewith. Just understand their money minded mentality. Seems its a trap. Think twice(even more than thrice to visit this resort on weekends).

We had an amazing stay at lake n River. The services they provide was excellent and the team was mind blowing. The food they served was super tasty and their choices of food was awesome. Will definitely visit again and recommend to everyone.

We went there for a day out activities and the service they provide was excellent. Their food, pool and other indoor outdoor activities are highly recommendable. 02 hours canal boating was the highlight and kayaking also. Must visit place. Good for outing.

Had a fantastic time at Lake N Resort! The location is gorgeous, with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the facilities were top-notch. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Overall, the experience was wonderful. The two hours of boating and kayaking were the highlights, and the dinner was excellent as well. One suggestion: it would be great if the suite room had air conditioning in the single bedroom too.

My stay at Serenity Resort was fantastic. The ambiance was tranquil and elegantly designed, creating a perfect retreat. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, contributing to a relaxing experience. The food was exceptional—each meal, especially dinner, was delicious and beautifully presented. The combination of serene surroundings, top-notch service, and delightful cuisine made this resort a standout choice. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating getaway. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The staff, especially Deba, were very friendly and responded to our requests promptly and professionally
