Stayed here for 2 days with Family in 1st floor premium rooms with tea garden view. The view from room was not great. The hospitality of the care taker was amazing. We all liked the breakfast and dinner options. The care taker gave special foods for our 2 babies as per our request. The location and the view from outside hotel is amazing. We can stroll around the tea estate. Overall, we enjoyed the stay here.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the dinner service had limited hours, with orders only accepted until 4 pm. This was inconvenient, especially since there are no nearby restaurants for alternative dining options. The hotel also lacked reliable contacts for cab services, which would have been helpful for guests. However, there were some redeeming qualities. The breakfast spread was good, offering a good variety of options. And, the best part of our stay was the absolutely breathtaking view from the hotel! It was truly stunning and made our stay worthwhile. To improve, we hope the hotel addresses the bathroom issue, extends dinner hours, and establishes partnerships with reliable cab services. With these changes, this hotel has the potential to become a fantastic destination.

Cozy place in the midst of the tea gardens. We enjoyed the early morning walk along the tea garden. The beautiful view of the mountains and the sunrise with the lush green tea gardens all around is was a real Munnar experience for us. The rooms were big and well maintained. The food was tasty and the friendly service of the staff made our stay memorable. We witnessed so many types of birds, some even having their nests, in the trees around us. Highly recommended if you are visiting Munnar

Excellent Staff. Excellent Location. Excellent View, Excellent Food and Fully loaded Breakfast. We have been there for 2 nights. Resort is situated almost on top and surrounded by Tea Garden.

View is awesome. Dinner ordered was nice. Breakfast provided is not worth for money Room was spacious but bathroom was not maintained hygiene. Price is high just because of the early morning views.

1. Rooms are super clean and towels, bedsheets r properly cleaned 2. Service was very good. We met Bobita Jobi there, he is helpful and welcoming with a smile on his face every time. 3. Restaurant food is good. Although on our 2nd day morning breakfast fruits were not available!! 4. The view is just over whelming! We stayed in the room for half a day overlooking the view. Although the view facing room is costly! But it was worth it! We paid ₹6500 during Christmas time for a view facing room! 5. Bit away from the city, 15-20 mins by car! But worth it!
