NillHad a great stay at Tea valley ! The view was a real treat 🌄. The hospitality was excellent . The food was amazing, and all basic facilities were available—room service, an electric kettle ☕, and 24/7 hot water 🚿. The best part is that they genuinely care about their guests. If you face any issues during your stay, they make sure to help and never leave you stranded. Definitely worth a stay! 👍

NillHad a peaceful and refreshing stay at Tea Valley Resort, tucked away amidst Munnar’s stunning tea plantations. The cottages are cozy with beautiful views, and the property has great amenities like nature trails and indoor games to unwind. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout. The only downsides were the limited food options and the steep, narrow road leading up to the resort — but once you’re there, the tranquility and natural beauty more than make up for it.

NillA truly calm and peaceful location, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax. The service was excellent – the staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the view from the room – absolutely stunning and serene, especially during sunrise and sunset. Would highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway!

NillThe property is ideal for nature lovers. You can hear the birds singing and chirping in the morning. Everything is lush green. The staff is very polite and well trained. The food in the restraunt is also of good quality. The only tricky part is the road the 2km off road right before the property. In peak season it is maintained well but would not recommend non-experienced drivers in monsoons.

NillPros: Valley plus tea state view rooms with balcony. A nice place to sit in the evening - camp fire. The staff are friendly and they know multiple languages. Plastic free resort. Loved their contribution to the environment. Nice breakfast buffet. Cons: Pool kinda unusable due to the cold weather and was not clean in the evening. Food options are limited during dinner time as only few options are available. Dinner service if not going for buffet is only available with room service and was generally delayed (50-60+ mins of wait). Slightly hard to get to the resort as it is inside a tea valley with a poor road. Overall a good experience with the rooms, view and staff. I would visit again. Hopefully food is better next time.

NillOur experience was positive, with the room's view being a particular highlight. It's an excellent choice for couples and a suitable option for families. The food quality is high, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the lush greenery enhances the overall experience. We recommend it for couples and consider it a decent option for families.

NillWhat I didn’t like: Food was poor in quality and overpriced. Hygiene was terrible—used dishes were left outside all night and cats were eating from them. Bedsheets were dirty, and even the replacement quilt was badly stained. The private road to the resort was in awful condition; 2 km took 20 minutes to drive. Overall maintenance was very poor. What I liked: Nice view. Well-maintained plants and landscaping.

NillI was very happy to stay at tea valley resort, munnar for a night. I visited in April last week. The resort is located in the valley. Actually, we can only go by bike/car.. nearly 2kms to reach the resort offroad. It's quite challengable, and not recommended for all. If you are really a good rider then you can reach there by the above vehicles. Otherwise ask any local auto who really has experience to reach there. Apart from that, it's worth the visit. The resort was a huge place. They have lots of activities inside the resort free of cost such as rope walks, tree house, tribal hut, swimming pool & especially the small trek beside the resort surrounding with scheduled time & guide free of cost. All are included in the stay cost. The rooms are luxurious and very neat. The balcony of the orange colour room with a lush green tea valley view was very soothing. They have restaurants, if we tell them the order they will deliver this to your room itself. Buffets are also available. But the price is expensive, not worth it which I feel. There are no nearby shops as it's located in the valley. But if you have a bike, it's manageable to go shops (nearly 3kms to find the outside shops). Because the entire place is covered with mountains, tea valleys & resorts. But no issues, everything available in resort itself except alcohol. All the staff are kind and approachable. Overall this resort is a must visit place & safe, it definitely makes the munnar trip special I guarantee. Note: Alcohol&cigarrette not available in the resort, they won't arrange. You can buy outside and stay silent without making any scene😁
