The hotel is lovely with beautiful views of hills and tree gardens. The rooms are well kept and staff very friendly and helpful. The food is tasty, but on the spicier side. Recommend rooms with a balcony because the view is great. Breakfast is good - but if you dont like spicy food then eggs will be your friend. The location is slightly further out, but if you have a driver then thats not a problem. I recommend this hotel

In love with this resort 😍 🍃 Choosing this resort in Munnar was undoubtedly a best decision as we had a memorable stay here. ☺️ We stayed there for 2 days in December 2024. All views from this resort were breathtaking! Each and every space is so well designed, especially the reception area. That magical window 🪟😍✨ which had such amazing view of Tata tea gardens! 🍃 The ambience was really nice, with soft music playing around. The restaurant was big and nice. Buffets had many varieties of cuisine which had traditional kerala dishes as well. Loved eating Puttu, Pidi, Vegetable stew, Sambhar, Rassam. 😋 Rooms were spacious and clean and well equipped. The view from balcony was partially blocked by planted trees. But it's fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us with places to see and arranged transportation as per our requirements. Attukad waterfall, which is one of the tourist spot in Munnar, is very near from this resort. And during our stay, it was raining for 2 days so had that weather experience too! ☔ Overall we had a great stay here and this resort is highly recommended as it offers great value for money. ☺️♥️ We'd love to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, which is perfectly tucked in the mountains just 10 minutes from Main Munnar city. The valley view from the room was breathtaking, and the sound of the nearby Attukad waterfalls added to the serene atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally neat and clean, offering excellent views. Ample parking space was a big plus, and the complimentary breakfast had a great spread. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature, this is the perfect spot!

If you like old world charm, Devonshire is for you. It's an old property with colonial style walls. There's something very different about this hotel. It's not a modern hotel which is really a breath of fresh air. Food is top notch and the staff is new and young and highly courteous. Very very humble. We booked the cab from them for our Munnar tour and it was the best decision we made. Our driver Deepu made sure we were comfortable throughout and see the best of Munnar in whatever time we had with a toddler. He was there like a family member taking us on a tour of his town! That's all a traveller can ever hope for. We are returning for sure and staying nowhere else and hiring Mr Deepu because of his warmth and hospitality. He is the ultimate representation of Kerala hospitality and culture!

Location is on a hill, amazing views amidst the chilly weather and giant trees of Munnar. We enjoyed our stay, everything seemed to be perfect. I found the Hotel menu to be little expensive, i experienced frequent power cuts in the morning and evening however the power gets back within a few seconds. Overall i'm happy with my stay and will surely visit again.

A pleasant resort. Excellent breakfast with a variety of items. Advisable to reduce the time gap between order and delivery! Food quality rank 'A' class. Overall an excellent resort. Request provide morning newspapers to the residents.

Service was ok ok. There were no facilities available as they are closing for renovation from March 15.. In that case they should not have taken the booking. Dinner was pathetic. Breakfast was good.

It's a pathetic hotel, not at all a 4 star quality, staff very casual and unprofessional. Dirty and stinky washroom, overall it's a very bad experience for us
