We visited this resort just two days ago, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was equally impressive – the resort had a calming vibe, with beautifully designed spaces that made us feel relaxed and at ease. The location was perfect that offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, it’s the ideal place. We particularly loved the balance of natural beauty with modern amenities. Overall, it was a memorable stay. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a combination of great service, a relaxing ambiance, and a beautiful location. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall, we had a premium room and it was a good experience but to expand a bit……the staff was very hospitable. The GM was very attentive and kind. He was interested in making our stay as pleasant as possible. The front staff, bell staff and kitchen staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rules: the GM told us early on about the no alcohol policy on hotel grounds outside of your room or balcony and he also told us about the pool hours etc. Depending on whats happening, he can flex a bit but I wouldn’t expect it. If you seek an inn that allows you to have a few drinks at the camp fire, this isn’t the place. Grounds: The hotel grounds are clean and well kept. The actual hotel is far from the city center, and this is really more a hotel vs a resort. So if I were to go back, I would prefer to just stay at a nice hotel near city center allowing me the ability to enjoy the downtown Munnar and its cultures vs being kilometers away. Room: The room is clean and comfortable. The bed sheets were not the cleanest, but not dirty. Space is limited so beware. The bathroom was terrible. It’s a small closet, so when you shower, you effectively flood the entire bathroom. It’s the only bathroom I’ve ever been in where you can shower and sit on the toilet 🚽 at the same time and handle your business while showering. Sucks and this is the main reason I was not as excited about this place. Food: the hotel breakfast was amazing. Idili is to die for here. Dinner, the menu items are all pretty good. I’d eat there again. Parking: good luck. Parking was like an afterthought for this inn. Overall, it’s a clean Inn, but again, this is not a “resort” aside from resort being in the name. It’s a 3 star ⭐️ hotel and provides a basic view or Munnar.

We visited Munnar last week and had an absolutely wonderful time with our family. The place was cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by the natural beauty Munnar is known for—perfect for a relaxing break. A heartfelt thanks to the staff—Aswathy, Aneesha, Mukesh, and Mahesh—for being so polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality really made our stay special. I booked this resort as a surprise for my husband's birthday, and we had a wonderful experience! The resort's ambiance was beautiful and peaceful, creating the perfect setting for our special day. The staff was extremely supportive and went above & beyond to make our celebration memorable. They arranged a romantic candlelight dinner, which was beautifully presented, and also decorated our room with a lovely flower bed arrangement. To make the surprise even more special, they provided a delicious cake, which my husband absolutely loved! The food at the resort was excellent, and overall, we had an amazing time. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hospitality!

Enjoyed and experienced in this splendid property last day with family. An ultimate hide-out for couples and honeymooners yet a perfect spot to spend quality time with your family and beloved. The morning vibe with singing birds, the vibrant staff, tasty dishes served and the spacious suits rooms are must spoken points about this stunning resort in Munnar hills. Must try from my personal experience. You must be satisfied and enjoyed 👍.

We recently stayed at Areva Inn on our Munnar trip and I must say it was so fine. Because of their exemplary staff and amenities we rested and enjoyed peacefully. The rooms were kept really clean and the food was delicious. And everything at an affordable price. We would love to stay at Areva Inn when we come back to Munnar.

Areva Inn Resort is a great choice for those who love privacy and nature. Nestled inside the forest on top of a hill in Munnar, the location is truly superb. The resort offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Facilities like a campfire, swimming pool, and an in-house restaurant add to the experience. The rooms are well-maintained, and the overall amenities are good. However, one downside is the limited hill station view, which might not meet expectations. Additionally, the rates are on the higher side compared to similar resorts. Overall, it’s a great option if you prioritize privacy, a forest stay, and good facilities over scenic views.

I recently stayed Areva inn resort Munnar and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the location and the surroundings were beautiful, there were a few issues that really impacted my stay. First and foremost, the biggest concern was the privacy issue. The room boy entered my room without permission while my partner was alone. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. I understand that hotel staff might need to check on rooms, but there should always be prior communication or consent, especially when guests are inside the room. Secondly, the behavior of the front office staff left much to be desired. The lady at the front desk was rude and unhelpful when we asked for basic assistance. Customer service is a crucial part of the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this was a major letdown during my stay. While the views and location were great, these issues with staff conduct and privacy made it a less-than-ideal experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve their service in the future.
