SANDAL CLOUDS RESORT MARAYOOR

During our visit to Marayoor, we stayed at this resort, It had two buildings and we got the new building area still under construction, but with no disturbances. The food was excellent, and the resort offered beautiful mountain views. The sunrise and sunset were amazing. The staff were very helpful and even arranged a grill for us. It was a peaceful and memorable stay.

Before booking this resort, on the same day earlier i booked clevland resorts however it was shocking response from Mr. prajesh from clevland rsort my name is not reflecting in the booking despite i paid an advance. They have cancelled my booking saying that landslides but i enquired local people there is no landslides in and out clevland resort. My group was 35 member and i was totally in stress how to manage booking a resort on the same day. I was having time less than 4 days. When i searched in google luckily i saw sandal cloud resort and Mr.George called me immediately. The way he communicated starting from enquiry till checkout or even until we reach hometown was amazing. He could have misused and shared me a higher price when he knows i am in trouble. Resorts and cleaniless was more than expected. His staff members sankar and assistant to sankar took care us a lot like a home. DJ and campfire was excellent and food though. I struck with high fever and immediately sankar arranged a jeep to a hospital and came back to resort. The way Mr George communicated was really friendly crystal clear information and often enquired are you happy. Even i stayed in many 3 star and 4 star resorts did not feel good like the Mr George hospitality. I felt like i was speaking to my family member. Kudos to the entire team. This is not a paid review, instead i am a frequent traveller.

Worst experience ever,we stayed whole night without electricty,they are not providing alternate solution,me and family couldnt sleep that night,jeep safari they arranged also very bad service,they complete half day trip by 11 am and skipped many location which is included in package,overall bad experience

Very worst experience..the manager there and their team were drunk the whole night and created a lot of chaos..They were too drunk to even respond properly .Not suitable for stay with family

It was an extremely pleasant and comfortable experience. It's a great area to enjoy nature. The rooms are clean, big, and equipped with wifi. You will certainly appreciate the service. Ideally suited for family outings. A really good property for a memorable visit. Highly recommended.

Fully satisfied with my 3 nights visit, from booking to checkout everything was smooth, good service. I can easily recommend this place for families. Room Food Jeep safari everything arranged on timely manner.

We took effort to meet them for inquiry on the services they are providing. The owner of the business was not responding politely and the speech behavior was rude and not at nice. How to speak with customers. We had a bad experience for the inquiry itself. Now imagine of we booked with their service and it should be an great disaster for money and time I would not seek this company ever and I also ask other not to do the same. please do not go for this. The whole day was ruined for ous. as we are not decided to seek the same in any other service. The staff were though good and tried to convince us. Bit when the owner is this much. What to say. Please avoid them for yours also.
