Pros: 1. The property is back water facing so you get a great view. 2. Food is decent, although options are very less. 3. The reception office tries their best to be responsive 4. Helped us in getting cabs and autos Cons: 1. This entire area is very far from Alleppey, so consider that before booking 2. No rental vehicle available nearby 3. Food order here takes 3 hours to prepare because of lack of man power.

We stayed here for 2 days and the cottages are superb. Very nice location and hygienic food is available. The best point is they have there own farm in the cottage and the vegetables are grown inside organically and same is used in food and served . Boating is also available from the cottage itself.Best service food and cleanliness

Resort is superb with nice backwater view cottages. Service and food is awesome. You will get organic fresh vegetables food as they grow there own vegitables in resort area. Highly recommend to stay here

This place is a gem. Unlike new builds, its rooms sit right up on the water. It’s a surreal setting to be so close to the water from your private cottage porch. The staff are kind and helpful, the food is outstanding, and Arjun even made me his signature concoction to drink before bed as I was not feeling well. I would absolutely return and recommend it highly.

Excellent service and exceptional view. Stay was worth the money we paid. The food was fresh and the place just felt like a home. We had a great time fishing at the premises and the location is so calm and serene. Special mention to the cooks and the caretaker Arjun.

Staying there was a very pleasant experience . |It's value for money. We booked 2 lake facing rooms . The room, food , view , service were excellent. Travelled in a house boat and visited malarikkal. Would definitely consider visiting there again .

A beautiful property overlooking the vemband lake. However it is a no frills place with a homely atmosphere but clean and hygienic .|Pros:|1.staff: very helpful and polite. mr Ashok the manager , and kishore who served us were exceptionally helpful.|2. Location: very scenic and peaceful. Overlooking the lake one can just sit around all day long. One can just sit around watching the boats go by amidst the sounds of birds calling.|3. Maintenance: well maintained rooms with very clean toilets.all spic and span.|4. Organically grown food in their own garden.|Cons:|1. No frills: this is a simple place. Don’t expect 4-5 star luxury here. More like nice bungalow with leisurely feeling |2. Expensive menu: this place is slightly expensive in food. It could have been a bit cheaper . Certainly not value for money on this aspect.|3. we booked a “lake facing villa” and came to know it was not lake facing at all 😀. Had to shell out extra for “upgrading” to facing cottages. I think it Should be properly mentionedlwhile booking |4. Family atmosphere: we missed other families. 2 other cottages had groups of men staying. There was liquour drinking going on night and certainly made us a bit uncomfortable. Even though there was no nuisance created by anyone and they minded their own business. Still other families presence would have been comforting.

The cottage stay was fantastic! Beautiful, cozy accommodations, lovely gardens, and incredibly hospitable hosts made for a truly relaxing and memorable getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside, and we left feeling refreshed and inspired. Highly recommend!
