We had a super deluxe room. The toilet seat had stains, and we spotted a cockroach and lizard in the room. Other family members got a normal room and their AC was not working. Breakfast included but limited eg.only have few pieces. Wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

Highly unprofessional hotel. AC was not working properly and there were a lot of powercuts. No staff in the night, not even security guard. Bit scary.

I wanted to conduct banquet for 50 people. Fixed rooms and finalized menu and was about make payment in advance. Now on the 24th hour they say they will charge for chair in banquet hall . Is that not crazy? Are these people on senses. Very bad experience. Corporate companies please stay away from these lethargic people

Wonderful experience to end my holiday in Kumarakon Pearlspot resort. Exceptional food means, the best I had ever. Friendly staff and waiters. Well maintained and clean rooms , very nice ambience with natural beauty ,also can enjoy scenic backwater which is know to be the exceptional of Kumarakom.

The staffs do not even have basic manners. Especially in the restaurant. When we asked for one of the dishes, the restaurant person said "We don't serve that; You will get it in another restaurant nearby". It was ridiculous when I heard that in Malayalam. We had a booking for 2 days; these people doesn't even bother to give some drinking water. New towels or new bedsheets are not given. After around 9 PM you will not see any staffs for service.

Room was full of ants. Blankets with blood strains. Towels were not washed properly. Manager behaviour was so rude. I don't prefer stay at this hotel at all.
