Kumarakom Lake Resort

We had an amazing experience at a property in the Kumarkoam backwaters. The views were stunning, and the atmosphere was serene. We stayed for two nights, and our accommodations were very comfortable. The staff was courteous and warm, making us feel welcomed. We enjoyed excellent food at both restaurants, which offered seafood and multi-cuisine options. Kavi, at the front desk, has impressive photography skills that enhanced our stay. We loved every moment of our time there!

What a special place to stay! We spent a night on a houseboat in the Backwaters and that was a once in a lifetime experience. The rest of our stay we were in a Villa which was beautifully appointed. I loved the outdoor shower next to the plunge pool. The restaurant had delicious food and the service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. Would highly recommend this resort.

It absolutely could not have been better. The service was absolutely outstanding, the room was beautiful and the food fantastic. But honestly what really stood out was the people. So kind and helpful. If you have the time definitely make arrangements for the overnight houseboat. Incredible food and again the people were the best.

By far one of the best vacations we have had. The location is blissful. So quiet and serene. The resort is top notch with all the facilities you would expect at a five star resort while retaining the traditional charm of Kerala. |Food was great. Buffet's usually get very repetitive at resorts but not here.|In our experience what made this memorable was the staff and their caring attitude. Started with Dipesh as he helped us book our stay. Gloria, Binisha, Dhanush at the front desk are just awesome.|Staff at both restaurants was awesome and extremely attentive as well despite the place being very busy. Monisha, Ritik, Abhilash are the only names that I am remembering right now. It becomes difficult to remember everyone's name when every is so nice 😊 |The cultural programs in the evening are not to miss.|You know that they care for you when you order an item for in room service and they call you back saying that the chef noticed that you ordered the same item the day before at the restaurant and didn't finish it so they want to make sure that you want it the same exact way.|We will be back for sure!

We..Mrs & Mr Deepak Asrani visited KLR for the first time & it was our best experience in Kerala in lifetime. A very beautiful, calming and peaceful atmosphere with amazing scenery, back waters, HOSPITALITY, FOOD & SERVICES. Will definitely visit again for sure. THANK YOU TEAM KLR .

This place can't be neither described nor reviewed in few words, it can be felt only. I've visited many top most Resorts and hotels, but this place is so different and so amazing that makes lifetime memory for me. Overall i can say it's hospitality, activities, cottages, food all are so good that gives comfort in the way we want. Rooms - Excellent Foods - Excellent Staff Behavior - So Excellent (5 out of 5) Staff is so much caring. Special Thanks to Chef who made a special pure vegetarian food for us during our stay. Very Soon Meet you All Again.. Love you all thank you. 😊

Picturesque location and well managed property. The staff are wonderful. Great place for a peaceful vacation either with family or friends. Beware of mosquitoes. Nothing that the property owners can do about it. They do ask you to keep the doors and windows closed. And, provide mosquito repellents. Food is decent.

Return client in a span of 10 years and the quality of everything has remained unchanged..food,ambience and top notch hospitality, had an amazing time as always!The events at the resort is something my parents really enjoyed!
