Great property for anyone who loves nature. The cottages are a bit old, but kept well. The staff was courteous and super helpful. Food is okay. The only negative is that property could improve on the facilities for a rainy day like non slippery access to cottages and covered sitting areas.

Stay was pleasant , would give 4* for the services, location and Ambience This is a lake front resort near to bird sanctuary. Has got boating, Spa, Gym etc Food is average only, Dinner buffet price 885 is high compared to the food served. All staffs are friendly and welcoming This is a value for money resort compared to other resorts near by. location is great- Lake view rooms prefferd, guess only 3 or 4 lake view cottages only.

The ambiance was pleasant, but the food was average. The dinner prices were quite high. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night due to rodents in the room. The staff was generally okay, but the receptionist could have been more energetic. Indoor games facility was very poor, few of the fitness equipment was not working. Bird sanctuary which was just nearby ( no additional cost) gave a different good experience.

Amazing stay 🙌 was skeptical initially since it's a government property but was blown away by the views, service pool and room. We had booked two canal view rooms and also used the bicycles in the evening. Highly recommend !

Wonderful property at Lake Side! Pool can be maintained better! Restaurant services need an upgrade in menu and service levels to match the 5 star property rating!

Above Average resort but improvement needed. Stay was decent, courteous staff. Pedal Boating which was part of package was declined not sure why as it was not raining. best thing is location next to Bird Sanctuary. Buggy was plus as went with family including baby, parents and parents in law. Little maintenance needed. Wifi speed is pathetic.Overall experience decent

KTDC Waterscapes provided an enjoyable stay with its beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. The rooms and cottages have great views of either the canal, lake, or gardens. Swimming, cycling, and boating are available on-site. However, wheelchair accessibility is an issue. Next to the property is a well-maintained bird sanctuary, perfect for a leisurely one-hour walk. Keep in mind, it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Mosquitoes can be bothersome, so bring insect repellent. Overall, KTDC Waterscapes is a nice place to stay with scenic views and various activities, but limited accessibility and mosquitoes may be concerns for some guests.

I had a great weekend with my friends at this resort with a beautiful view of the backwaters. Prices are good considering the view and services provided by friendly staff. A pocket friendly buffet with minimal items also was good. I would definitely recommend it to families, friends and newly weds as it's located in a calm location with a bird sanctuary right next to it where you can witness many migratory birds.
