Lilly Ribera, an exotic place to stay in the heart of Kumarakom, Kerala’s backwater land of paradise. Excellent rooms with good bedding and toiletries, comfortable for two families, two attached bedrooms and a drawing room with Tv (like a two bedroom apartment) and open cooking area with a balcony…!fantastic thought and wonderful design. Well maintained rooms and toilets with 24 hrs hot water. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Amazing place to stay we loved it. Hospitality was amazing, the balcony view is mind blowing to backwaters. Rooms & towels were extremely neat & clean. Highly recommended 👍👍👍. An excellent textiles showroom is right below the hotel.Manthara Textiles will give you the latest fashion materials of your choice…!!!

Great stay nice rooms and reasonable price, there were 3 adults and a kid so we took a triple sharing room so including tax it was Rs 3360 for a night. Now the room was air conditioned and had a large double coat bed in which 3 adults can sleep peacefully and a single coat which can accommodate an adult. If these bed were put together it would be an easy for 5 adults to sleep together. It had good views as there is a canal flowing behind the hotel. There was a tv and even a mini fridge along with some storage space a work table and 2 chairs. The toilets were clean well maintained and modern with Ample space,lighting and ventilation. There is an underground parking and also has a lift for vertical mobility. The entry and visibility is a bit confusing at the moment as there is a bridge construction going on but the location shown in maps is accurate.

Great thanks for Ms.Sajela sis I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service and hospitality special thanks to Ms. Sajela mam. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, with soft, luxurious linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that the hotel staff Sajela sister showed. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was just right, from providing extra towels and toiletries to offering recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. But what really made this hotel stand out was the level of personalized service that I received. The staff always greeted me by name and took the time to get to know me and my preferences. She arranged boat house and recommended best places for lunch and dinner. Was excellent information. Really thank you . Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional stay. With its excellent service, top-notch hospitality, and attention to detail, it's definitely earned a 5-star rating in my book!

It's a good stay for families and bachelor's. Room + dining hall rooms is very rarest in hotels and aslo the space of both is very good... I recommended.

We have stayed for few days at Lilly Ribera Residency, At first I was not really sure as I didn't hear about this property to often, In fact the property is brand new, right from the check in to the check out experience was " Absolutely Fab" The room is large with good washroom facility , well cleaned and maintained . It is provided with all kind of amenities, air conditioning, tv, wardrobe, fridge , water kettle and much more..... Since it is centrally located at Kumarakom, we can feel the pulses of the village during the day time. Our room has wonderful view of back waters and we absolutely loved the serenity of the room. My kids were enjoying watching the ride of fisherman in motorised country boat in the early morning !!! The staff was too friendly and customer service oriented, even though there was no restaurant facility in the property, the staff helped us to get our meals on the right time Best value for money and amazing warm hospitality ... Really glad we made the choice to stay here !!!!
