We had family vacation Royal Riviera resort kumarakom.Nice place to enjoy and relax. The pond view and river views very nice and s amazing.The staff were professional and friendly.The staff were so welcoming warm it never felt like it was our first time there. All the services provide were top notch and absolute value for money. Rooms are clean & comfort. Complimentary tea and coffee station at the evening and boat ride also good. Food is good mostly local yet tasty kumarakom fish curry . Thanks to the team Riviera kumarakom..

Royal Riviera Resort is in a great location with a great view of the River & paddy field.The pool is realy worth the deep and there is kids pool also . the walkway by the backwaters is realy wonderful. There pedel boats and fishing available in the pond that very nice. very Nice restaurant and good staff.well appointed rooms clean and neat all rooms...glorious settings.all staff is very friendly. front office Staff giving Nice welcome..also chef here is very good.food is very tasty..overall the resort gives the wonderful experience of the gods own country.....we will come back again..Thanks to Royal Riviera Management..

We had a family vacation in Royal Riviera kumarakom.we work all together in UK..The property was clean and beautiful.The staff were professional and friendly, our kids enjoyed the most, we were confident to leave them alone. The resort was well staffed whenever we need a help someone ran to run always. Front desk staff giving a good warm welcome, food was great with lots of variety. Dining staff is very friendly &hygiene.All rooms are clean, beautiful views from suite rooms..we will consider to come back with larger group Next time...Thanks Mr. Boban for the good hospitality.

I am writing to share my recent experience at your hotel, which was unfortunately disappointing. Firstly, we checked in late, around 6 PM, and were given a room that did not meet our expectations for the price charged. The room was small, shabby, and had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered was below par. The bread and juice had an unpleasant odor, making it unappetizing. Overall, I believe there is significant room for improvement in both the quality of the rooms and the breakfast service. I hope this feedback helps in making necessary adjustments for future guests.

The Royal Riviera resort one of our favourite resort. We stayed there 16 th this month. Its perfectly located in very interesting place ( River view ) The food was delicious and the service was good. All the people were very lovely. The room was great and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed time here and would definitely recommed it to any one seeking a relaxing getway in kumarakom. Thank you Mr. Boban and all staff for great hospitality..

Very Nice experience.. dedicated staff to serve .. breakfast is Not good , lunch and dinner were superb.we take a delux & Suite rooms. all rooms are very clean & Nice..activities like pedal boats, shikara boat, pool, fishing, sight seeing boat trips are also there.. highly recommended hotel Royal Riviera kumarakom.

Very nice resort with River view , beautiful weather . Very good rooms pond View is awesome, beautiful houseboat. Very tasty Buffet lunch,All Friendly staff.Gm Mr.Abraham Mathew & Mr.Boban very helpful they arranged everything properly. Kids activity area and good swimming pool there . Perfect holiday day out destination. Must visit. Thanks..

It was a great experience to stay with Royal Rivera hotel.We all enjoyed the stay over there.we been there two months ago.Rooms were clean and well organized ,provided with bathroom amenities.The staffs were very friendly especially one named Boban the manager was always very helpful and guiding us in all our activities. In the restaurant they have given personalized service.The food we had there was delicious, we enjoyed boating, pool facilities, pedal boating. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Thank you Team Rivera,hope to see you again.
