A very comfortable stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Chef Pradeep looked after my wife's food allergies, many many thanks to him. The swimming pool and the view of the lake were mesmerizing. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended

The location is good. You park your vehicle a little far and get on a small boat to the resort, which is like a mini boat ride with the package,view is even better, and outdoor facilities are good. Good place to relax with a pool in the middle of the property. Water is chlorinated, but it still was ok. Service was good, staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was i booked a normal suite and standard ac room with the standard ac room being Rs 1000 more and with nothing special than the suite. If you are looking for a cheaper room just book the suite which is cheaper and doesn't make any difference than the costly rooms.

Wonderful and beautiful Resort to stay. Friendly staff provided excellent service. Rooms are neat and clean. Restaurant foods are prepared freshly and taste great. Spa and Pool are available. They can arrange for Boat.

Very neat clean and courteous staff. Overall good stay for us|Food also good and ambience very good. Very good boat ride . The rooms very clean. All staff are good and very supportive to guest. The view of the resort was very nice . Overall nice experience

Stayed here recently. One of the best experiences I had. Staff is their strength.Very professional and humble. The location was the reason we booked this place. I traveled with my aged parents. They really took care of us. Evening and mornings are beautiful and serene. Bets place to chill and relax. Must visit if you are looking for something worth the money in Kumarakom.

Our family of 5 (including 2 senior citizens and a 7 yr old) visited this resort in Kumarakom for a quick 2 day visit in October . When we reached the parking lot I was in for a shock and felt cheated because the place looked so different from the actual pictures . As soon as I called the reception to reconfirm my location, they sent a person who ushered us to a small roadside canal and took us in a small boat (vanji as it called colloquially). The short 2 min drive changed my first impression drastically. The boat ride to the resort was so serene that it brought in an instant sense of calmness . The resort staff greeted us sweetly and the entire resort was a treat to our eyes. The resort is made thoughtfully and is surrounded by greenery and water . You can sit for hours on the bench in front of the Vembanad lake watching it and that too without worrying about the coconuts falling on your head (Yes! They have taken additional care to add sheets around the tree to prevent coconuts from falling down too :) ). The restaurant inside this resort serves yummy food but costs a bomb. However there are other food options we can explore outside. The extremely friendly staff along with the overall ambience definitely makes this place worth a visit

Our stay at Ccobay Resort was a truly delightful experience. Nestled on the banks of the serene Vembanad Lake, the property is exceptionally well-maintained and offers a peaceful ambiance. The staff's warm hospitality and politeness made us feel right at home. The food quality was impressive, especially the diverse breakfast options. Though we didn't experience the buffet breakfast, the à la carte service was prompt and satisfying. While the boating rates seemed a bit higher compared to external providers, it was a minor inconvenience. Overall, Coco bay Resort is an excellent choice for those seeking tranquility, good food, and a memorable stay. will definitely visit again!

Nice place for holidaying. Service is poor. Food is not available after 8 PM. Morning tea only after 7:30 AM. Though chef was very good and food quality was very good. Except service part , nice place to stay.
