Worst experience ever at Hawa Beach Resort, Kovalam. Don’t waste your money here! The AC didn’t work and they couldn’t even give another room. The room was filthy – dirty bedsheets and towels that looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. Reception staff were rude and arrogant, zero sense of hospitality. We booked through MakeMyTrip, which clearly mentioned extra bed, but they shamelessly denied until we fought and showed proof. After 10 PM there is literally nobody around to help – you are left on your own. They give just one water bottle for the entire stay, which is a joke. This place is a scam disguised as a resort. Absolutely pathetic service, horrible cleanliness, and unprofessional staff. Strongly advise everyone – stay away from this place at all costs!

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. ​Despite booking and paying for an extra bed, we were initially denied it and had to argue with the staff to finally get it. The problems didn't end there: once the bed arrived, they refused to provide a blanket, and we ultimately had to settle for a single bedsheet to cover ourselves. ​The room conditions were equally poor: the floors were noticeably sticky, and the entire space smelled foul. We couldn't tolerate the environment and, though we had booked for two nights, we left the hotel after the first night. I strongly advise against booking a stay here.

We stayed there for one day and booked two rooms. Some how we misplaced our room key. While checking out staff Manoj demanded us Rs. 1,000. In a hotel they must have spare key. No safely for belongings. Manoj asked to transfer the amount to his account.

Never book this hotel. They shifted us without intimation to another hotel , they shifted us it's partner hotel which is not sea view and far location from hawah beach. They make fraud that fake statement that hotel is strictly prohibited and off due to weather. But when we visited , the hotel was booked already with other customer.

Budget room, OK to stay with family on off season also, girls privacy quiet not OK but safety so no issue, beach view and too nearest to beach so don't miss this hotel stay, food and all items in this hotel as well as whole are very very high so purchase in kovalam junction area or harbour area

The Hotel was very good. The breakfast which we had today was awesome and very tasty. But the Service was very bad. Yesterday when We checked into the hotel that time only One boy was there who has taken all the luggage. But today when calling him he did not even notice and did not respond also. There is NO ONE at the Reception. This is my First Experience and It's A very Bad Worst Experience..

Disappointing Experience at Hawah resort. The room was not tidy, and the overall service was subpar. To make matters worse, the AC and TV were not functioning, and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Given our experience, we would strongly advise against booking a stay at this resort until they significantly improve their services. The only positive we experienced is that the resort is located near to the beach and it's a good spot to enjoy the night life.
