The Byke Heritage - Puja Samudra (Kovalam)

Stayed with family for 2 nights. Location is excellent. Just a short walk to Samudra Beach, which made beach time very easy. The staff were quite friendly and courteous; they helped with everything from luggage to local transport. For the price, it offered good value.For a vegetarian stay close to the beach, this place works well. I Would recommend for a relaxed beach-break.

🌿 Wonderful Experience at Pyke Puja, Kerala 🌿 Our stay at Pyke Puja was truly amazing! The hospitality and warmth we received made our trip even more special. A big thanks to Manager Praveen, who was extremely humble, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The kitchen staff — Adesh and Sachin — were very kind and made sure we were comfortable throughout. And a special mention to Chef Bharat, who is an exceptional chef — every dish he prepared was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! We genuinely felt at home here. If I get the chance, I would definitely visit again to enjoy their amazing service and hospitality once more. Highly recommend Pyke Puja to everyone visiting Kerela

Please do not look at the photos shared on reviews as they are from years back. The current situation of this hotel is worst. The rooms have broken doors, damp smell, insects roaming around and leaked walls. We checked in and immediately noticed that the room was worst than a basic ask. The staff immediately started cleaning rooms and floors where the bottom of door broke while opening in and out. No fridge available in the room and when u ask for cold water they fill it from the filter and give it to you. Lift feels like haunted place where at night you won't feel safe at all. The garbage dump and furniture remains are placed in a corner near to the which shows their lack of hygiene and disappointing cleanliness. The towels and bedsheets seems to be used and kept with just a water wash. Not worth a single penny!!!!

Location nice. Right at the beach. But no room service. Washrooms were fine, newly built. Food was decent but then it was just an above average hotel with smell of dampness all around. "Lift is closed because of rains" itself speaks volumes.

Very Bad Experience. Never coming again. This hotel is not even 1 star, if your travel agency is booking this BEWARE. Sadly I encountered this hotel at the last day of my Kerala trip, any property is better than this one. Staff members are polite but the basic things like clean bedsheets and pillow covers are not there.

This is the worst experience of our Kerala Tour. I will recommend this resort to even my enemy. There is no intercom. Only one helpline number and that too they don't pickup sometime. You have to ask each and everything like Toiletories, Towels, Water, Room cleaning, AC issues andthat too will be rectified after reminding them 2-3 times. DO NOT BOOK THIS RESORT!!

If you want to experience a haunted house experience, please do visit this hotel. Even though it's walkable distance from beach, the maintenance is not at all upto mark. Linen were dirty, towels were not clean. Water issues in bathroom. And the main issue, the bed had bedbugs. Even though price is less, i would not recommend this stay to anyone.

Nice location. Old but well maintained properly. Good veg food with small swimming pool. Recommended for a comfortable family stay in kovalam or trivendrum. Stayed for 2 nights - Family with 2 kids. No issues faced. Only drawback - Cleanliness could be little better and No lift. Overall. Value for money.
