We had a nice experience at this small resort during our college friends' get-together. Managed by a wonderful caretaker couple whose hospitality and friendliness made our stay truly memorable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with all basic amenities. The highlight was definitely the delicious, homestyle meals prepared by the caretakers. Highly recommended.

Cozy and comfortable stay overlooking a beautiful lake at a reasonable cost. Managed by a cordial couple who ensured we are comfortable. The south Indian breakfast served was exceptional. Although, the booking was just for a day, the stay was pleasant overall.

Excellent location and well maintained rooms.....Staff taking more care about the guest. Lake view is the plus point of this resort.... Superb experience. Their indoor play are was awsome. Lot of gaming activities. Good parking space...

An extremely beautiful surrounding. Spotlessly clean rooms. The caretaker couple and the owner of the property are very friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. Would highly recommend this place for a lovely vacation. The house is built with a great sense of aesthetics.

Very calm and peaceful home stay! You can rejuvenate yourself .. villas on the back water is the good view . They have boat access from the home. It's an amazing place to spend the weekend. Near to varkala and railway station, bus depot. Good location

Warm reception by the property manager who turns out can speak more than 6 languages is extremely accomodating and manages the place really well. Location is the second best thing after those lovely traditional home made south indian breakfast. Overall a beautiful stay!

Beautiful property, hosted by some lovely set of people. The caretaker Charles showered us with fine hospitality over the course of our stay, must recommended for a relaxing vacation. Charles went out of the way to make our stay a pleasant experience, right from the booking process till the stay ended, he was on top of all our requirements and made us feel home
