My family and me stayed for 4 days at the resort I must admit Mr. Ajin and his staff were very helpful and hospitable. The very first day Mr. Ajin adviced on which would be reasonable places to visit and go around. Reading the previous reviews I was hesitant to go to the place but trust me its worth staying and Mr. Ajin was very kind. The breakfast which was served was tasty and the staff provided what ever we needed.

This resort is located at a serene place, with a beautiful lake in front of your rooms. Safe area without disturbance of the town. Gentle staff, without unnecessary interference, but helpful when ever required. Prompt management. Cleanliness of rooms can be improved. Confirm the route to resort before depending on Google map

My experience at this hotel was beyond terrible. The staff's vulgar language towards the women in our group was not only offensive but also completely unacceptable. Their disrespectful behavior made our stay unbearable. Manager named Mr. Ajin used abusive language towards women accompanied us. This place is a disgrace, and I strongly advise steering clear unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the resort staff lacked any semblance of professionalism, and the customer service was terreble. The manager, Mr. Ajin behaviour was very rude and used abusive langauage towards the people who accompanied me, and he proved that he is a of low level standard. Better save yourself the trouble and avoid this place – it's a prime example of how not to run a hotel.

My experience at this hotel was awful. The staff was rude and used inappropriate language and abusing towards the women with me and was threatening in a bad way. They treated us disrespectfully especially the manager Mr.AJIN, I wouldn't recommend for any family or friends.

Hi, thank you for the followup. Everything was a smooth process, starting from check in. Management allowed early check-in. The staffs were well polite and friendly. The ambience was top notch. Finally, the room was clean & well maintained. I would recommend this location to my friends. Thanks!

This hotel was a total let down. I paid for my stay, but they kicked me out for no good reason stating we had accompanied drinks with us. The staff was rude and unprofessional especially the manager of the hotel Mr. Ajin, ruining my stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I never recommend anyone!

Calm and quite place to stay. Service was very good. Rooms are worth the price, more like a homestay than a resort. Still worth every penny.
