View is Outstanding from the First Floor. But Restaurant facility and cleaning facility is not available. If you are coming to spend time as Home, besides the beach, then it's a Perfect place in economical Price Range. The Manager is very Helpful. Room Service and House Keeping Facility is not available.

Okay, Kochi was a business trip for me, despite I thought that I'll stay near the beach and travel to work everyday.. I stayed at Cherai White Pearl.. Nejil the manager did welcome me, and showed me the room, initially the room looked shabby yet owning to the view it has to offer I decided to stay.. Eventually I fell in love with this place and the people around.. very sweet people, though language was a barrier with the locals but Nejil can speak good English and Hindi.. Everyday he would greet me in the morning check if everything is okay and that if I need any help with anything... he is cordial friendly warm and welcoming.. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you are not from Kerala.. ✴️✴️✴️Nejil you rock bro

Very poor hygiene - booked for 2 nights (Dec 2022 Xmas break & could not find anything else) to stay with my family. Reached late around 10pm at night and left as early as I can next day morning. Bathroom was disgusting; all furnitures were (glass table, balcony door knob side tables etc etc.)broken, electric static shocks from switches (they have used insulation tapes to avoid). Looks like the place has not had any guests for YEARS!! far away from Cherai beach Shops and no maintenance done whatsoever for years IMO. The manager has been ok and tried hard but without proper maintenance and cleanliness it’s not worth at all. Stay away guys!

Excellent property and is at a great location. The staff is very helpful and the owners take time to make the guests feel comfortable. Great complimentary

Extremely poor maintanence(untidy rooms, dirty washrooms, cockroaches/lizards crawling). Its high time they need to renovate the rooms.
