Worst experience i ever had 1.room was not cleaned properly every 2 min more than 5-10 worms and millipedes are coming to both rooms and bed fan is not working properly bathrooms drainage was over flowing wifi is not working properly no generator in case of powercut sittinv outside for 30min due to powercut no proper amenities as mentioned in bookinv sites and for all these bull shits we need to pay morethan 6000INR

It's a place to vibe as no one's there to disturb and we get complete privacy even to beach. The room is just okay but the location just covers it all.

Stayed with friends from college days.. the place is an ideal get away from the buzz of kochi. A 2 bedroom home stay right in front of the beach.. A very clean and unexplored beachline.. Good for bachelors.. family n kids must find the beach as the only source of entertainment.. 4 wheelers ve to be parked at a distance at your own risk.. and walk approx. 100 m to reach the property… Have a kitchen n refrigerator.. so getting some food would be useful.. there is no provision for a stove or microwave.. so heating up food is out of question.. we can order food over telephone from 2 nearby restaurants who will deliver it to the property.. decent enough and manageable food..stayed for 2 days .. had a nostalgic time catching up with old friends.. 2 decent enough bedrooms with attached baths & a/c.. the caretaker mr. Babu is always reachable over phone for any help..

Perfect place for a weekend getaway from Kochi .Really neat and tidy rooms w friendly Hosts. Highly recommended to anyone planning to have a good time with friends or family;.

Quite hard to get to this place, be prepared to walk. Electricity and water not working few times during one week of stay. Host is friendly and is there to help you. The room downstairs is a 4/10 upstairs 7/10. Can get noisy. Beautiful view on the sea and a nice private beach, beautiful nature all around. Good for an escape if you are looking for privacy and escape from the city.

The place is just too good to spend time with your friends. We stayed 2 times and both were amazing. It's a bit away from all the city sound and in the night it's just you and the sound of the waves.

Such a wonderful beach villa with calm and quiet atmosphere.the beach view from the villa was wonderful.less populated area maks more privacy for our stay. Recommended...!✌️ Go for it...👍💕
