It's a great stay to be in, if you are looking for a far away stay from munnar then this is the best. Hospitality is top notch. Kiran is a very great host. |We had the best view stay with is the falls view and we had great fun. |The food here is also good.

The location and the place are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (falling water resorts) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! Also the manager Kiran was so cooperative and we enjoyed our stay

We had booked 4 rooms (2 rooms in the family suite and 2 in the water view rooms) in Falling waters from 30th April 25 till 3rd May. We had a very good stay. The breakfast was decent. Lunch and dinner which we pre-ordered was provided at the time we requested. The location around the rooms is mesmerizing. This feels like you are in the lap of nature- birds chirping, insects sounds, water flow, cardamom estates and the greenery. However, we did not like the family suite. The rooms are basically just a bed and the bathroom is very small. Like hardly space of 3-4 steps you take and reach the end of the bathroom. The water view rooms are so spacious, you have a big seating area, balcony, bedroom, cupboards and bathroom with a view😉

I recently stayed at **Falling Waters Resort, Munnar** in May 2025 with my family, and it was a truly memorable experience. Although the resort is located about 15 km away from Munnar town, the serene environment more than makes up for the distance. The highlight of the property is its natural beauty — there's a waterfall and a charming bridge right inside the resort, making it feel like you're living amidst a forest. It's an ideal spot for nature lovers seeking peace and a unique setting. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food, and while the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the quality and taste make it worth it. Just a heads-up: they work on a pre-order basis, so plan your meals in advance. Connectivity is limited — only **BSNL network** works here, but **WiFi calling** is possible, which helped us stay connected when needed. Overall, it's an amazing place to unwind and experience nature up close. Highly recommended for those looking for a peaceful escape!

Location:3.8 km from kochi Munnar main road in Kallar Mangulam road.it is 400 meters from kallar Mangulam road.situated deep inside the forest with a rivulet in it adds to the ambience of the resort.Ambience of the resort with variety of flowers is awesome.place is peaceful and serene.Nirds chirking are enjoyable in the day and night too.it has facility of TT,carrom,chess and Badminton.Tje people want to have peaceful atmosphere will enjoy al lot.But people afraid of jungle and bird chopping and different sounds in the night should avoid it.|Manager Kiran and waiter Kalu are praiseworthy as they single handedly managing the resort.The quality of food is good and tasty.The breakfast options are limited but tasty.They accomodated our request.|Space for parking ok.|Room are ok but ambience may be improved.

Very nice experience...No need to go outside the resort...u can enjoy the natural private falls and as well as the very well maintained garden..U can go with your family and kids also...u can go as a couple trip also..very friendly and responding staff ..very tasty restaurant so that u can pre-order your food..I like this resort for its Safety and cleanliness.
