I just returned from the most incredible vacation at Holiday Heaven Munnar Resort, and I'm still reeling from the experience. This resort is truly a gem.❣️ The staff are the epitome of hospitality. They are warm, welcoming, and go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels like royalty.

We had an superb accommodation in a reasonable rate at Holiday Heaven.. The resort ambience was awesome.the rooms were well maintained.. I will recommend this for sure..

Being a hotelier I was extremely satisfied with the rooms with the views with the services with everything that Holiday Heaven provided me and my family|1- Good villa type room spacious|2- Great staff service and on time request were done|3- Morning we took buffet for 4 of us also they gave buffet with 6-7 varieties wow|4- Food was excellent either veg or non-veg both|5- Bathrooms were fabulous 👌 on point|6- Staffs hard work is also appreciated|Front Office manager Mr Alan was very friendly and took good care of ours|This is how hospitality should be....some other brands are also there nearby but I'll suggest to go to this place it is better than all other brands who supposed to give good service but they don't.|HOLIDAY HEAVEN IS A REAL HEAVEN BEST RESORT IN CHINNAKAL TO STAY A ENJOY|I will suggest to go to this !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND BY ME AND MY FAMILY!!

Quiet peaceful place to spend away from the city. Ideal for families looking for a decent, economical place to stay in Chinnakanal. The location has stunning scenery all around, and some of the rooms offer Great view of the Kolukkumalai & other hills. Rooms are bare, with minimum space & amenities. . They have a garden, badminton court & ample car parking area. The staff are excellent and very helpful. But they do not have a fully functional restaurant or room service. The food has to be ordered couple of hours in advance, that too from a very limited menu. Breakfast is complimentary though. Food is homely, but children and foodies will suffer for the lack of choice.

Located at Chinnakanal which is 20 km from the main Munnar town . But there are many places to visit nearby . The hotel/resort has ample of greenery, empty space , badminton court and enough parking . Polite and helpful staff with great service and perfect suggestions to visit different places. Even you can find peacocks roaming inside the resort . Complimentary breakfast was superb for all 3 days we stayed . Deserves 5 star but giving 4 stars just because of their restaurant/chef. Lunch was average and dinner was not good at all .

All my taxi drivers here not available rooms and food otherwise not worth for food and rooms roads are not good this amount will good resort's available in munnar 21 km travelling for munnar totally not good

We spent a night here, and the exterior needs a lot of renovation. Let us first discuss the positive aspects: 1) The spacious and well-maintained rooms instantly give off a resort vibe. 2) The supervisor in charge is very helpful and kind, and the staff members are kind and polite. 3) Despite lacking a live kitchen, they are able to serve excellent breakfast and dinner. 4) There is plenty of space for parking. 5) "Gap Road" is one of Kerala's best driving stretches, with scenic views all around, and it leads to the property. Cons: The thing that most disappointed us. 1) The property's exterior offers enough opportunities for play. Although there is a sizable children's play area, it has been extremely poorly kept. 2) Every single object, such as the swing, roller, etc., is in poor condition, rusted, and dangerous for children. 3) The grass is overgrown, poorly mowed, and easily becomes a haven for reptiles. 4) There is some undeveloped ground that, according to the staff, is not a part of the property. Because it has gone unmaintained, it significantly detracts from the view of the property.
