Apart from the friendly staff nothing was good there. The rooms were not at all maintained. Doors had cracks and locks were also not proper. The outside ambience is good but once u enter the room u feel like hell. Bathrooms were smelly and worse part was the bed with springs and coils coming out. My baby could not sleep well because of that. The guy over there was very helpfull but that couldn't help us in any way.

Absolutely horrific experience, the bedsheet had stains, rooms are not maintained properly, it's a small dingy room. And there was no power when we woke up and had to get ready in the dark.

The rooms are nice and clean, with clean washrooms. A few tents are available in the middle of the cardamom plantations. Also, they have set up a log cabin at the highest point of their property for dining and some bonding.

Very nice and pleasant stay. We recommend the special safari tend as it will give refreshing experience of indoor and outdoor. The quiet location. away from the noise. Budget friendly ,Friendly staff... prompt service... Easy access to the KULAKKUMALAI One of the best place i have ever seen.

Very bad experience. No support from the staff or owner. No drinking water in rooms. No proper lighting near the tents. No support from the owner / staff. Not even a good floor mat outside the bathrooms! And the owner doesn't accepts feedback and suggestions at all! Spent a horrible night, WILL NEVER GO BACK! Absolutely NOT recommended to Families!

Budget friendly cottage with nice and clean room. All rooms are occupied with queen sized bed and attached bathroom which has hot water on demand. The staffs are friendly as well. Barbeque and campfire setups are available. The building is surrounded by beautiful views of Munnar.
