Club Mahindra Resort - Munnar, Kerala

Our stay at Club Mahindra was excellent. The resort offered great amenities, and the staff was very helpful. We went on a trek with Mr. Akshay, an excellent guide who showed us all the scenic spots and even helped us recover a lost item. We’re thankful to him for his support and dedication. Himanshu also ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process.

In a very good scenic location. Stunning view of the tea Estate, curvy ghat roads and the clouds. Buffet doesn't have varieties though compared to other club Mahindra properties we stayed at. However the food was tasty. Rooms were neat and clean. Hygiene was well maintained. Bed and pillows were good and comfortable to sleep. Service was also good and staff were friendly.

Thank you Club Mahindra. We had a very good and memorable experience in Munnar. We stayed for a week in this wonderful facility of Club Mahindra. The overall experience is very good. Very Courteous, and friendly staff members , excellent management Team. The people in activity center are very caring and friendly. The magic show, dance events and all the events are very entertaining and engaging. Overall it was very pleasant stay for us. Thank you Club Mahindra Munnar for a Fantastic Job !! Hats off to you folks !!

An amazing stay, beautiful location, friendly and courteous staff with good food to boot. Perfect for a 3-4 days visit with plenty to see and explore outside of the resort, very well connected with nature. The highlights for me at the resort other than the stay and food were the activities at happy hub especially the magic show by Sajin the Magician who entranced the crowd with his fun nature and mind blowing tricks. Overall though, I'd say my experience was amazing though theres a lot of walking involved which had an adverse affect on some of the senior visitors.

Wonderful Experience at Club Mahindra Munnar! We had a really good and enjoyable experience during our stay at Club Mahindra Munnar. The resort is beautiful and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing and family-friendly. One of the highlights of our trip was the activity center, where we spent a lot of quality time. There were plenty of fun activities for all age groups, and we especially enjoyed them as a family. A special mention to Sajjin, one of the staff members at the activity center, who was extremely helpful and kind. He patiently guided and encouraged my daughter to complete her activities, which made the experience even more special for us. The magic show was also quite entertaining and added a fun touch to our evenings. Overall, we loved our stay at Club Mahindra Munnar and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

Our recent stay at Club Mahindra Munnar - Lakeside and Serene was a bag of mixed experiences. While the food spread at the Lakeside Resort was excellent all three days, the response of the resort staff to other issues was very casual. Our room fan was very noisy and had issues with regulating speed and we requested on day one to address that. None of the staff took any ownership and on the checkout day also they were very averse to taking that feedback too. The checkout was delayed by an hour because no one was there to pick luggage from the room. We checked out on Vishu Day and no one cared to inform that there was a ‘Sadya’ spread for lunch and since we were moving to the other property, we could stay there for lunch. We had a lunch package of three meals and Club Mahindra, Serene has no buffet spread facility which was a big let down. This information is not shared on the app when you are booking a three meal package which you are prompted to book before checking in to get better discounts. In contrast to that though Club Mahindra Mt Serene had limited facilities, yet the staff was cordial and ready to help. We reached around lunch time and informed there is no buffet available. The Club Mahindra Serene staff shared at that time that we can take the shuttle to have a the sadya spread at Lakeside resort. Imagine coming all tired and delayed and being offered to be taken back for lunch to the same place where we have come from. Our experience at the Happy Hub adventure facility was excellent. I opted to do the ropeway circuit of 6 activities and Madan J- the instructor was very encouraging and professional in helping me through them. Must appreciate his dedication and forthcoming nature to help the guest who ventured to do that activity which was not easy by any means.

The rooms were good. The property is very old but well maintained. We weren't provided proper information about the activities held at the property even after reaching out. The food tasted decent but the staff were arrogant and the chef was rude. There were dead mosquitoes and flies around the area where the plates are kept, informed the servers and the incharge of the restaurant but they didn't pay much heed to it and plates were kept at the same place again with the dead insects around which questions the hygiene maintained at the restaurant.

Hi, Loved our stay at Club Mahindra Mount Serene in Munnar. The room was lovely and the staff's behaviour was very good too. Special mention for Akshay who was my trek guide for a wonderful forest trail of 3 kms. The trek was amazing with wonderful views leading to a waterfall. His positive attitude and enjoyable trek tips is praiseworthy. 💛 Thank you for your wonderful service. 😊
