Nill**Review of The Siena Village, Munnar** Our stay at The Siena Village was truly a memorable experience. Nestled amidst the serene hills of Munnar, the resort offers a mesmerizing view of the valley and the majestic mountains — a perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. The service was outstanding right from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Their warmth made us feel right at home. Though the location is a little away from the main town, that’s actually what makes it so special. The peaceful surroundings, the cool breeze, and the complete disconnect from the city noise made it the perfect retreat for relaxation. (Including the mobile network) The food was delicious, with a wide range of dishes catering. The Siena Village is not just a resort — it’s a destination in itself. Ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature’s lap with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

NillStayed here during my family vacation with my 2 Yr old kid. Clean rooms, wonderful lush green lawn, professional and friendly service made our stay really pleasant and enjoyed thoroughly. Has a really good view over the vally. For any sightseeing plan well in advance as this resort is bit away from the main city. Surely will visit again and highly recommend.

NillWe stayed here for 4 days and had a great overall experience. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and the ambiance is peaceful. Rooms were clean, and most of the staff were courteous. However, the Restaurant Manager's attitude was disappointing—he was not respectful or humble in his approach. Unfortunately, this seemed to influence the rest of the restaurant team, who also started behaving similarly. Despite this, it was a pleasant stay.

NillI’ve stayed at Sienna Village twice, and both experiences were quite pleasant. The location is in the high ranges, so the climate was cool and refreshing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall ambiance was calm and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The resort is well-maintained, especially the pool area – it's spacious, clean, and always had lifeguards on duty. There's also a small park with swings and cradles, which is great for kids. The scenery around the resort is beautiful, making it an ideal spot for photography and relaxation. The only major drawback is the food. They don’t seem to have a specialized chef, and the quality of the food was quite poor. This is the one area that really needs improvement. Overall, it’s a lovely resort with great service and facilities, but the food experience needs serious attention

NillSuch a beautiful getaway in the heart of nature! Please get rooms facing the valley. Room service is great, food is good- they have their own farm, so it’s farm to table, very nutritious. The only con I can think of is, network is pretty non existent.. so if you’re planning a work-cation there, plan accordingly.

NillOur best stay so far - the team is excellent and the hospitality is beyond expectations. Will definitely visit again. The cooking session with the head chef Mr Jobin was amazing,a special thanks by chef, and it was the yummiest meal we have had in a long time.

NillWe recently visited The Sienna Village for a short break. It is situated quite on the high mountains so the view from the resort is splendid. The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The pool is child friendly and maintained clean. They also have their own vegetation area which is maintained well and used for cooking. Service provided from the team was good. Buffet Breakfast had kerela and South Indian delicious varities. Few improvements 1. Spa service could have been better. 2. We have power cuts very often. Though it resumed quickly, we had power come and go every few minutes. 3. Lunch and dinner options were limited and pricey. Additional options would be a Welcome. Overall, it was worth the stay for Summer.
