Misty Lake Resorts by Stride

Location is a bit far from the city.If you are a nature lover & like a quiet place then this place is good for you. Lot of greenery, quiet place, guest friendly staff. The only drawback is although the city is 3 km from here so if you need a local food then you have to depend on your taxi driver. Food is available in the hotel at the restaurant but they have limited items available at fixed timing. But still I can say you can consider this hotel.

This hotel is tucked away and is peaceful the drive however is very far from the city but it depends on what you want! The views are nice. The only issue is the breakfast variety is really bad - toaster machine was not plugged in, there no option for fresh fruit or yoghurts, it more just curries. Wish they had more of a wider spread of food for breakfast.

Excellent stay@ Misty lake. Went with family, had a relaxed stay, enjoyed the resort in terms of room, atmosphere. Excellent service from reception, house keeping, restaurant. Renesha, Abhijit, Hansif, Michael, Vikki were so helpful & willing to greet & serve us.

Overall - 0 Location - 0 Rooms - 0 (Old damaged furniture, feels like staying in a guesthouse) Cleanliness - 2 Food - 2 Service - 1 Management - 0 Amenities - 1 (Giving 1 for swimming pool, otherwise even WiFi doesn't work properly and the play room is just for name sake) Not sure how it's rated 4.5 on Google maps and is shown as a 3-star hotel !! Based on our experience it'd be rated 2 or below and not worth even a 2-star hotel.

The location of this resort is no less than a paradise. Surrounded by trees from all over and the sound of birds chirping completely relaxes the senses. The resort is quite large in size and designed beautifully. The things that can be improved is its food quality and room quality. The rooms and the washrooms are slightly not up to the mark as one can expect it by seeing its outer beauty.

Recently we visited this resort and Food was too delicious but bit oily. Location is too far from Munnar city and roads are not good near location. Ambience and staff response/behaviour was good

Very disappointing experience. We had specifically requested the restaurant to provide live barbeque, but they did not accommodate our request despite having all the necessary setup. Additionally, they charged ₹50 for a single papadam served with the biryani, which we found completely unreasonable. We were also disappointed that bed coffee was not served in the room — we had to repeatedly ask for it, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the staff lacked professionalism, which further added to our dissatisfaction. Overall, we were not satisfied with our experience and would not recommend this place to others.

The resort was at a good location. Room was spacious with a good view. The only constructive feedback is that We found the bedsheets torn and bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good and had quiet a few options.
