Pros: 1. Definitely the best budget friendly hotel I have ever came across till now 2. Service was excellent. They changed the room immediately when I informed them that the AC unit was not working in the allocated room 3. Parking was available but cramped. I haven’t faced any issue since I visited on a week day but will definitely be a hassle to park on weekends Cons: 1. A teeny tiny cleanliness improvement is needed. Bathroom was dirty as if someone had just checked out and they forgot to clean it, lot of settled dust with cobwebs here and there, bath towels didn’t smell fresh 2. No in-house dining. Need to go out for having food which I personally felt as a issue since there was heavy rain when I visited Overall, would definitely recommend for someone who is looking for a budget friendly option and would definitely consider if needed in future

Our stay at Casa was incredible, me and my mom stayed there last month, booked room through make my trip tbh we were lil bit sacred to check in considering it was just us ladies. when we reached there it was almost 8 pm but when we entered the front office Ashwin welcomed us and was very friendly and comforting towards us all of our fears went and stayed at the hotel . Lake and ocean is nearby and the rooms were clean and tidy the ac was working, hot water was available 24/7 unlike other hotels. we were really satisfied with our stay

Very neat and decent place to stay. Rooms were clean, and the location was good. It was closer to the boarding point of the rides and also close to restaurants. Rooms were really comfortable and overall we had a very good and wonderful stay here. Would definitely recommend..

A decent and ambient stay in the city of Alleppey. Railway station and bus depot is very nearby. If you are on a tourist visit, Punnamada lake is nearby and houseboat or shikara rides are easily accessible nearby. Near to Alappuzha beach. This property is in a small plot which is not an issue as the location is in city side. Still there is a well maintained garden, plantation and a garden greenery inside. The property is a single storey building with so many spacious rooms. No over crowding. Rooms and the entire property is clean and well maintained. Well assisted reception is available all the time. Good for couples and family. Photogenic ambient place and building. Overall good for stay at reasonable rate. Hazzle free check inn and check out. Having privacy and professional staff. Good restaurant/ movie theatre and all is available nearby at walkable distance. Especially Thaff restaurant and Seethas theatre.

We enjoyed our one night stay in Casa Orchid. The location of this place is right in the middle of town so everything is easily accessible at walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. The AC was working fine and our stay was very comfortable. The environment was cosy and peaceful. There is also a small seating place outside the room with chairs and a small table. Limited Parking is also available. The property is well maintained. Food is not served here however good restaurants are available nearby. Staff is also kind and helpful. Decently priced for the room.

Casa Orchid was a really good place to stay. If you are a tourist then this place is worth more than any other hotels. We were provided with each and everything and all the luxuries were on point. It was a really memorable trip for us in Allepey as we chose Casa Orchid as a hotel to stay.

Location: Casa Orchid is conveniently located near Alappuzha boat services, just 2+ kilometers away. Cleanliness: The room is neat and clean, and the bathroom is well-maintained. They provide toiletries for your convenience. Amenities: You'll find amenities like TV, WiFi, and a kettle in the room. Car parking is available as well. Staff: The staff is polite and well-behaved, which is always a plus. Dining: There are nearby restaurants within walking distance for your meals. The only suggestion I have is to fix the issue with Alexa voice commands; it wasn't working during my stay.😉

Stayed for a day in a family trip. Stayed in many hotels in whole kerala trip in different locations and can say this is Best in the price range, neat room, linens and washroom. Good interior and exterior decor .Alexa installed for music. Situated in town. Good parking space . The reception lad Sriraj is mention worthy for his humble conduct and helpfulness
