What an unprofessional behaviour of the manager of the property. We had booked 1 month early where we are promised to get sea facing rooms. On reaching the property, we were informed that we would be getting a separate room that too on the ground floor in a separate area along with the staff stats and in the backside as well for which they charged 3.5 k per night. This greedy people gave the room to someone for more charges. I am now looking for new places and will have to give extra for the stay. I now demand compensation else will take legal actions.

Its awesome location just next to the beach. Just unwind you there. Rooms and property is well maintained. Owner and the caretaker Ramesh is too good.Acomodate all your needs. Finally customized homemade and tasty food.just go for it

Excellent place to stay in, u hear the waves sound clearly, such a peaceful one... Excellent location guyzz...A bit far from maple but worth it opposite the beach... To enjoy with group of people much recommend one..

This place comes with private beach with absolutely no disturbance from anyone. It's beach facing and very spacious. The house includes 2 Bedrooms and 1 living in the ground floor and a big party hall on the first floor. Ideal for 2 big families or huge group of friends. Service is really good and the cook prepares amazing food. You can also bring your food from outside else inform the cook to prepare something of your choise. Not recommend during rainy season as you will not be able to step outside and beach will be rough and unsafe.

If you’re looking for some peaceful place no doubt this is the best with amazing beach view. Since 3years we a group of friends visit this place atleast once in 6months. Plenty of parking space is there, care taker will be there. Neer dosa n chicken curry cooked by him is best

They took the advance and directed us to a remote location where no one was residing. The property was unprepared to accommodate guests, offering only one room. It was neither suitable nor safe for a family. I do not recommend this place
