i recently stayed at this hotel and this is my first visit there and i really wanted to share my views about it. I had a very pleasant stay there and the place was very quiet and filled with all amenities that to luxury amenities. Staff were very professional and very decent in interaction with guests. Food quality ,taste and quantity is amazing i really loved it. I would like to take up Manager Name - Avinash who took care of us from starting till end of our stay. I strongly recommend to who visit Gulbarga to try this hotel .Thank you

Dear Colleagues,||Before joining Zest Club make sure You Know about this Property :-||1. Human Resource Department is not responsible for Their work .They Told My salary Is Credited In Your Account Within A Month but As Of Now My Salary Is Not Credited It Has Been 3 Months ....I Don't Know Why? Most of times Management Says I’ll be not responsible For Your Salary And If I Ask MD says I have Handed over To Management .|2. After complaining about the staff food also not taking care about that even.One Day I Found One Chicken Piece in The Veg Curry After Complaining No Action is Taken Just Says Everything Is Right Don't worry As I Am Vegetarian He Says Will Short out But Never Taken Any Action . Management Has made the committee members but didn’t took any action. For a single cafeteria menu It will took 1 week time to make the menu ready.|3. When Management get the new staff They Will treat them with nicely when they’re not comfortable working here then It Will be very rude to the people.|4. If any staff makes mistakes Management Has To support them and make them to stay in the property premises. But In This Case You will Be Terminated On That Day And Your Salary Will Be Not Given Either you Work Here For 1 Month Or 10 Years .|7. If any staff gets extreme health issues Management, And Manager too never rushes hospital at the same time , says them to wait after Their work done then take them to the hospital apart from that Management not take care At all . And sick meal is Never sent to the person Who Is Sick And Manager Or Anybody never call to ask them about their health.|10. And main thing is that sir There’s no reason but has removed staff without knowing the reason.No Notice Period Nothing Just You Are Terminated Without Any Reason .WHY? Salary Also Not Given !|11. Not hired proper staff now few more staff left over there soon they’ll be also leaving due to no staff in the property.|14. Manager Is Soo arrogant, rude, and irresponsible .|15. Manager is also not supportive to the staff I know some things are there where he couldn’t but why the hell is then they’ll say that SOP'S needs to be followed where No Rules are need to be followed Because No One is Taking Care Of That !

Better manage your menu properly How can one order without getting the menu.! Every time we are coming and are treated with Server down issue for menu cards and you don’t even have a physical menu card .! Food taste rating 1/5 Service was worst, for taking order you have 2 people in Zest .!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zest club resort and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations *Beautiful Grounds and Amenities:* The resort's lush green surroundings, swimming pool features created a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. *Excellent Service:* The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I must take one of staff name Mr. praveen made me comfertable from check-in to check-out, they were attentive, friendly, and accommodating.

The place is not bad, the ambience is also good but as far as the service is concerned, there's a lot of room for improvisation. I suggest the manager of the resort to take my suggestions very positively and seriously. I noticed lack of communication between the guests and the service providers as the place attracted a reasonable crowd, they literally failed to manage all satisfactorily. Regards and best wishes 👍

We booked online Rooms r small But comfortable The complimentary buffet breakfast was k Upma was hard Poha tasteless Given a chance I would teach the staff a free cooking lesson They can definitely improve Mr Karan at the front office was polite

Well maintained rooms, good food and good ambience. The only thing is the room price per day is too expensive. Maybe they can think to reduce the room rent a bit.
