Breathtakingly beautiful location. The rooms are neat, the staff are very friendly and the food is great. In winters they pack up and move everything to a less snowy area. Hence nothing is fixed. The bathroom had leakage & was slightly stinking because of this issue. If they can take care of this, it would be an even better experience.

Really unique property, comfortable rooms and good food. The views are excellent. The location is marred by the recent construction there but still it offered a spectacular backdrop and a more rewarding experience than a regular hotel. If u r lucky to be there when Saizan is at the property, he will ensure that you are more than comfortable. Special mention for the heated bed.. Was great fun and had a great nights sleep there. Some rough edges in the plumbing though to contend with as this is a temporary tent facility.

If there is heaven on earth then this is it. Absolutely stunning location. Lovely flowers and well maintained garden. Food is average but the tents and the entire scenery more than makes up for it. Pictures don't do justice to the real beauty. The tents are spacious with adequate furnishings. As it is cold in sonamarg even during summers each bed is provided with a warm electric mattress which is very welcome at night. Provide hot running water in the mornings. You can spend your entire life just gazing the natural beauty spread all around. The nomad shepherds add to the beauty too. A must visit for everyone. And zojila pass is just a half hour drive from here.

We booked this resort based on the pictures we saw but we were greatly disappointed. It seemed like the owner started with great idea but lost interest. There was no hot water to begin with, things were filthy, kitchen being the filthiest.I was told that the blankets weren’t cleaned between the guests. I was cringing the whole time I was there and couldn’t wait to get out of there. The owner seemed most disinterested. The foot bridge going across the Sindh to the tents had broken planks. We were scared to walk over them and had to hold on to edges. I can go on and on but don’t have enough time or space. I am giving it 2 stars just because I felt bad for two handyman type of young chaps working there.

The location is great but the service was awful. Hot water wasn't available. The room was full of insects and I even saw a rat. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Went to the resort or at least tried to but they wouldn't allow for they had some IG over there. The way they flag common public is totally uncalled for. I'd rate their hospitality to nothing more than a big zero... Utterly disappointed!

Worst Services No Hot water Snakes and insects in Tent No Bathing products High Cost (6500 per day) for 2 couple Food was soo simple and cold place was beautiful but not at all safe for couples
