The sameer resort

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. After checking in, there was no dinner available even late into the night, no hot water in the room, and the next morning I found an insect in the sugar during breakfast — completely unacceptable and highly unhygienic. What was even more shocking was the careless and indifferent attitude of the hotel staff and manager Sameer Despite raising these issues, nobody seemed interested in resolving them or even showing basic concern for guests. seriously needs to improve its hygiene standards, management, and customer service before hosting travelers.

*Worst experience:* I cannot believe what our family just went through at Sameer Resort! What was supposed to be a nice getaway on April 21st 2025 turned into a complete disaster. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting - the smell was so bad my kid refused to use them and the filth was everywhere. The staff were actually smoked inside room just before we checkin! Staff smoking even in the dining area. And don't get me started on how they treated the women in our group. We felt completely unsafe the entire time. Hot water is available only on the request. The food? I wouldn't feed it to stray dogs - tasteless, cold slop served by people who clearly couldn't care less. The sketchy neighborhood combined with the staff's behavior had us locking and barricading our door all night. We couldn't take it anymore and ended up spending an additional ₹6000 to move to another hotel after just one night in that hellhole. Worst decision we ever made was booking Sameer Resort. STAY AWAY if you value your safety and sanity!
