After whole day of driving from Warwan Valley this place hit many spots: on the way, private parking, food provided. Owner and his crew very nice - we chatted long time about traveling in Kashmir. Great hospitality. It's definitely best price/quality ratio around (i checked 2 other motels in the way). As we got late, we got the last room facing the national highway. That was very loud indeed and hard to sleep. One thing I would improve: there was nobody at the reception until 8 am, and the hotel was totally shut down from the inside. Had to figure out how to get out on my own to hit the road.

Stayed with family for a night. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, especially the bathrooms, which are often problematic in other places. The room rent is reasonable for such a high standard. If you need a place to stay in this area, I highly recommend it. 😊

Great stay location in Kokernag. Mr. Aejaz was very helpful in extending his services for us. We stayed there on the day of Eid and despite having a shortage of staff he ensured that we were served very well. The dinner served was amazing and Aejaz was very courteous in extending his support for everything that was required. The property is surrounded by Apple gardens and it is a treat for the kids.

After having travelled whole of India by road, here I come across hosts who donot treat their guests as guests but as family. Aizaj Bhai and his brother Farooq Bhai, both are super friendly and superb hosts. Food served in something which amazed me. So tasty and full of variety. Superb location. Well maintained, clean and ventilated rooms. All the very best to them
