Planet Moksh

Last week in mukteshwar we ended up in this quaint resort Moksh. The resort is in close proximity to both the mukteshwar temple n the stunning bhanuguard waterfalls wr we wr taken along with the moksh guide mr mahesh. The lovely n comfy cottages, The bonfire, the play areas n not to forget the mini zoo.... my family loved everything. The resort was spra staff was meticulous in service, food etc. I just wanted to add my review n gv them 10/ 10 on all accounts. Thanks||Manish

The last weekend 24th – 27th april 15, we took an amazing trip to Mukteshwar, and i just want to share my experience of the location and the lovely property we stayed called The Moksh. Overall Mukteshwar is was amazing, surprisingly still untouched natural beauty, managed to get a clean 360 degree view of the snow laden Himalayas. ||Very relaxing trip with my family, away from the delhi heat and humidity. Very pleasant weather, pollution free, and the topping on the ice was that I were referred by an office friend to this resort and although we had not heard of the place, and didn’t have much expectations, but it turned out to be fabulous. Every care was taken of us by the management and staff, great food, rooms and very scenic settings. As a part of their ongoing promo, they took us out for a day picnic to a majestic waterfall, hardly a few miles from the property and it was an experience of a lifetime. Myself, my wife n 5 year old Kid just freaked out, and followed by the evening bonfire with music was magic, I can go on n on, but penned this review just to thank the team Moksh from me n my family.

This cottage is located in a small village of Mukteshwar where road is not good. Lots of insects will enter in your cottage during night if you do not switch off lights. Limited food availability. Room services are really nice and behavior of service boy and front desk attendant is really nice. If you are not able to find this cottage just call them, they will pick up you from your location. Overall helpful staff

We have enjoyed pleasant stay with delicious food and warm hospitality from the staff. ||The Moksh resorts in mukteshawar is a decent stay as compared to the investment we made, the best thing that we liked was the staff behavior, the food was very good in taste.||we pleased with their warms hospitality and fabulous breakfast and dinner.||||i will recommend this nice resort to all my relatives, friends & colleagues. || ||Bharat

A very beautiful, well maintained and a place worth holidaying. Excellent scenic beauty. A g8 view from the gardens. Irrespective of the weather.... a calm and quiet weather. A place slightly distant from city noices of Nainital. Very warm staff. Good approach road and adequate parking for those driving down. We stayed only for a night , but to enjoy the place one needs a minimum of two night stay.||We are definitely coming back Ashutosh

A nice upcoming property which has the potential to change the trend of people visiting proper Mukteshwar. The property is situated in the lush green which can be seen straight down the Chauli Ki Jali.||||The property is currently maintained directly by the owners who has alert eyes on every aspect of the hotel and both of them are not only friendly but are always ready to take an extra step to make your stay memorable.||||At the end we wished that we should have stayed a couple of days more...

I went to this with family n friends, the reason of choosing the place was good rating on tripadviser, the place turned out to be an complete disaster. The place is in middle of nowhere with no Board and facilities and the owner call it resort (not even worthy of hotel)||||Below is the detailed review:||This place is neither hotel nor a Resort by any means but a make shift arrangement.||Total 4 unfinished rooms||2 people as staff including chef, no room service.||No housekeeping , the whole place is unclean . Bathroom being the most unclean n full of bugs||Food is below average, as there is no cook.||500 rs per night for bonfire which is .....||No reception||Rooms lacks finishings, full of bugs, bathroom are even worse||The only good thing was the owner was cooperative , but he needs to understand that u cant sell everything by sheer marketing||Muktheswar is an nice place for spending long weekend.||We went to the place with high hopes but came disappointed as the place lacks even basic facilities. Not recommended for anyone specially family.

This is not a hotel and some one just done the construction of 4 rooms and employee 2 locals.no office no manger no other facilities. Food is very costly we were served rajma gobhi and 7 roties and bill was 710 Rs. No one stayed in the resort after 9 PM so in the case of any emergency you will be helpless. |The hotel manager is a will take booking through bookings.com then he will call you and would force you to pay the whole amount in advance.|when you will reach there you wouldn t even find a sign board and the kitchen is the only office else than the rooms and that too ws meagrely stocked even the mineral water bottles were not stocked.||the hotel is a sorry figure of a resort ||the rooms are too dirty to live in.|the hotel lawns are non existent|the dining area is the only area in resort|no kitchen|no front desk|no signage|room full of insects|bathrooms not even sanitry|hotel access is very bad|the hotel has no proper stairs to even access rooms|windows were broken and had space for mosquitoes|Rooms are full of spiders|No TV and no activities so no way to kill the time.|Water heater is so small that getting a full bucket of water at a time is not possible.
