OYO MOHIT GOKUL LODGE NEW LUXURY ROOM'S OPPOSITE TO SECUNDERABAD RAILWAY STATION

I have booked the room by visiting the lodge. On the first day we booked for three members and that room was ok, not very much good but it can be adjusted for a single day stay. On the next day I booked a single room and even dog can't stay there. The worst room I have ever seen. No wifi, no water heater, toilet is not clean, we can see the tobacco strains everywhere and the night manager is too rude because we don't know the local language. Don't even consider this as the last chance for booking, even we can stay in the platform too. On next time, I don't book this room if it happens I'm sure I'll stay in the platform. And one thing the day manager's behaviour is good, he arranged hot water for me.

#Worst experience I recently booked a room by visiting the lodge in person, and the check-in experience was absolutely terrible. The receptionist demanded ₹500 for advance booking. I paid the amount, but when I later called for room setup, they informed me that the receptionist had left and no room was available. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially for couples and anyone else. It was a truly disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I recently booked a stay through OYO, and the check-in experience was absolutely terrible. The receptionist demanded an additional ₹700+, which was completely unreasonable. Despite our objections, we had no choice but to proceed with the check-in under such circumstances. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially for couples or anyone else looking for a hassle-free experience. It was a truly disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Only good thing about this lodge is it is right front of secunderbad Railway staition. Room are not good at all, broken toilet, dirty rooms...no service at all. No one comes to clear room, change bedsheets...No service at all. Plus they charge higher than what they have mentioned online.

Hotel didn't accept booking through oyo app and charged 1300 instead 400 approx , room are pathetic, hotel with zero cleanliness, avoid going there

They had bed bugs, cockroaches, faulty wiring and unprofessional rude behaviour. My room was filled with cockroaches and bed bugs and hence i asked to change … this one had comparatively less cockroaches but i couldn’t sleep all night thinking what if they roam on my my body or face.

They are running a scam. Online they put different amount for booking but during check-in they are asking triple the amount. When denied they are saying room not available and giving excuses that they forgot to update on app. But once talked to the online booking app customer care and told them that we are going to complain. Immediately they handed the room key to us.

Not happy At all...... Waste of money Rude behaviour, tomuch cockroach and bugs, not provading towel, room and toilet not clean, bed sheet and blanket tomuch bad and dusty not clean proper coming bad smeel.
