Rooms ok But service not good the staff don't know how to behave customers very worst experience from the staff

Hotel price is ok. Near to railway station metro and railway station. But service is not up to the rate. Room cleanliness is not good. Curtains were very dirty after telling to manager also they didn't change. Table inside the room were not clened. Found cocroches in room and bath room. They were not taking care of our luggage once we check out. Where any lodges take care of our luggage when we go outside for some time. They are care less to customer.

Worst experience ever.. I did not feel secure. Feel like somebody watching over you all the time. Behaviour of receptionist is very rude at the time of check out. Over price than service. No free water, no towel and soap given at 1200/- Don't stay here, better to stay at station dormetory.

The service of this hotel is worst and rooms r huge but not clean worst is room service they speak as they r doing favours according to room teriff the service and rooms r totally horrible TV channels only free most of them telgu plus very rude they speak

Centrally located, easily accessible to food courts, markets, rail and road transportation. Rooms are clean and clear. Good room service. Reasonable price. I am staying here from 1997 onwards for every visit to Hyderabad.

An affordable Lodging with good service. It is very compact and will work for a small stay when you Travel alone without vehicle. Hot water was also available and the check-in time is 24hrs from the time of entry, which is strictly followed. They have got single Non-Ac rooms also which is the lowest in rent.
