The hotel is decent in terms of appearance, but there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. I noticed some red-colored dirt or stains in the corners of the walls, possibly caused by rainwater. It looked ugly and gave a poor impression. Although they changed the rug, the pillow covers were not replaced — they looked dirty and gave off a bad smell, which was very unhygienic. The staff were also quite rude and careless. They didn't respond properly to requests and insisted on cash payments only, refusing to accept online transactions, which was very inconvenient. Note: This hotel is not suitable for families due to poor cleanliness and unprofessional staff behavior. Definitely needs improvement in both hygiene and hospitality.
