It's unfortunate when a hotel experience does not meet expectations, especially when the decision was influenced by positive ratings. It seems the value for money, particularly concerning the air-conditioned rooms, was not satisfactory at the rate of 1500 INR per day. The distance to the temple requiring an auto-rickshaw ride and the cleanliness of the rooms, including stained bed sheets, are valid concerns that can impact the overall satisfaction with the accommodation.

Hi , I had stayed here two times and its over all decent experience . Its a Good hotel I would say in a small village . Rooms are extra spacious . Bathrooms are decent and neat ( I would say not the best like some of the good hotels in hyderabad , but for a village like basar its ok , they can improve a bit here ). One good thing is most rooms are having balcony . Beds and bedsheets were decent and neat . Overall I would say you can go for it for a one day stay .

The only advantage of this hotel is - it is 500 meters distance from temple. rest everything is useless. They charge 7k on auspicious days and the washrooms have lot of cockroaches and taps are with rust. Rooms are also just ok. Windows have lot of dust, Frequent power cuts. Room service is also not good . They don’t minimum bother to provide soap and shampoo.

Check before staying here. A very bad decision of staying here with a high price. This lodge is definitely close to the temple but it was a bad experience here. They don't check the rooms before allotting although we told them about our check in and sent them advance payment 6 hours in advance. Bedsheets are dirty and are not washed. Even after asking him to change, the changed bedsheets were also dirty and not washed. They're running it on so much of cost cutting .the minute we step out they turn off the main supply to our rooms. They turned on the main switch of AC 15 mins after i checked in and told them. They turned on the connection to bathroom after i checked in the night. They don't check anything. Also, the place is so noisy with the employee's kids constantly screaming and making noises all along. They should be told to maintain decorum of the lodge when guests are there. Moreover, we asked them to check while people are parking their cars. They ignored that instructions too and we had difficulty parking our big car. Yes, there was generator back up, but it's of no use when they constantly turn off the main supply 5 mins after we step out in order to save costs. Property is new and spacious, but it lacks maintenance. The owner should keep a check. Other customers around us were also dissatisfied. Not even towels and a bar of soap is provided. The storage shelf given in the room was very dusty. No cleaning. The AC in 1 of our rooms out of the 2 was also not functioning well. Basic maintenance would have improved the quality our stay. People won't have a problem paying the high price of you maintain the lodge.

The best rated stay option in Basar. Just 0.4km from the main temple. Rooms were spacious and washrooms were clean. Recommended. Also good amount of car parking space available. The rooms were also have Balconies. You can reach to hotel staff on the contact number and check for availability and Price (they are affordable)

** Don’t go for this lodge ** We paid 3000 for two rooms .. over priced for this kind of rooms and facilities not honoured .. they keep switching off air conditioner and we had to go and remind them every time. Overall VERY BAD experience.. bedsheets were dirty, when we asked to change they handover another set for us to change ourself. It has a power backup but for no use. Every time when we complain they say we can give your refund and you can leave. But they don’t want to improve any services. *** No ethics ***
