Very poor Maintenance of the rooms. Unclean bed spreads with a lot of disgusting stains and no blankets. AC doesn't work. Room is full of dust, mosquitos and even spiders. Basic things like bathroom mats and dustbins are not available. Car parking facility is not available. The only positive thing about the place is that it's in a prime location but still not worth the money.

Worst maintenance. No proper electrical appliances. Poor plumbing work in the rest rooms. Hot water taps are not working. No dustbins in the rooms. When I approch for the rectification no proper response. Rude behaviour of the manager and reception staff. Money minded manager. Manupulating the prior agreement and claiming more money. Bitter experience that I had here never before. This three star must be revised and reduced.

I stayed in room no 102. It was a tripple bed AC room (₹2000). Spacious enough for 4 ppl (extra bed -₹300). Next day I stayed in room no 215. It was a double bed AC room (₹1800 for 2 ppl and ₹1500 for single occupancy) I guess, prices may vary due to availability and auspicious days. Friendly staffs. Pros. Location of hotel. Adjacent to aasife biriyani. 5-10min auto ride to railway station. Okay for family (budget stay). Cons. Not as bad as other negative reviews, but bathroom looks little old. (Particularly in the room which i stayed, water heater was not working).

This hotel is suitable for bachelor's and for a short stay only. Rooms are not upto the mark. Spreadsheets are not clean and much mosquitoes.. Toilets are not much clean.. Hotel is at prime location. It's worth for below 1k pricing. Don't expect much services.. Restaurant are not available in this hotel but kfc, pizza hurt and many more veg n non veg hotels are in and around with in 200mts. Over all its ok to stay for a day.

Location is in junction so it is easy explore the town. But the room we booked feels some dirt, even though it is spacious and bathroom feels some nasty smell with damaged basins, when we enter.

Worst service ever, I have never seen this kind of service in my life, there is no water to drink no welcome kit but cost is like slight difference to star hotel. Bathroom is not at all good(bad smell).

The rooms are good but can be more clean and the lights are very dull and some are not working. The washroom is just OK. Easy reachability from the vannarpet signal.
