I stayed 2 days on the 16th and 17th of October. The room is in very good condition The bathroom is neat and clean, and the location is also very good. They charged 2000 for 2 days. Ranganath swamy temple is just 5min walking distance.

Alaya and Bijay Rooms are the Same! I booked an Alaya room through Booking.com, but upon arrival, a person from the mgmt informed that due to overbooking, no Alaya rooms were available. Instead, we were given a Bijay room, which they claimed was the same. After 12:00 noon, they told us that even if we checked out 30 minutes late, we'd still have to pay for an entire day. What a terrible display of hospitality! The room was far from satisfactory—small, cramped, and the toilet wasn't cleaned. The only positive was that the A/C worked fine in the room. I do not recommend staying at this place.

Very nice, and clean. Really very affordable prices.. receptionist behaviour very nice.

Rooms are ok. Heater available in bathroom. But utensils are very poor. Ok for the charge. They say we have car parking but it's not at the stay ad parking area is not as good to park but they lock the gate of parking area, and it's Cozy..for the Cost they charge it's good.

We felt the stay to be uncomfortable as the rooms were allotted to some other customers though we had booked the room in advance. Further the management said they didn't receive any payment and asked us to approach agoda customer service centre. They were rude in speaking and asked us to repay another batch of payment though we provide them bank reference of payment made to agoda through net banking. Later on after a big argument they provided an unclean room wherein AC didn't work properly. After struggle they gave a AC room for the second day.. rooms are absolutely not the same as in the picture... No proper ventilation...and hence will not recommend that to anyone.

Nice rooms with good amenities and affordable tariff and good amenities. Manager showed great hospitality by providing Additional towels and mattresses so that all can accommodate easily. Definitely recommendable for Stays with family. Only demerit is There are lot of mosquitoes that made me mad but that could be avoided by providing Liquidator to rooms. Otherwise overall Nice stay 😇😇😊.

Room is ambiance ok but Too much of cost.. daily rent 1300 but not worth for this cost... Inside room no water, they not given extra pillow.

Rooms are substandard and rated very high. Lot of mosquitos and bed bugs won't let you sleep.
