Dear friends please reach on time before 11 PM if someone happens to be late, else they will put the shutter down and go to sleep nicely, which exactly happened with us in the middle of the night when we reached. Though the caretaker came after a few minutes, this is not what we even imagined after travelling from a long road trip. Next is car parking is very small and becomes full very easily or if you are lucky then you may get it. We parked our car on the main road for the whole night. I would not recommend it to a family. I had a terrible experience staying at Sai Residency. I booked the hotel for one day but was shockingly charged for two days, which is nothing short of cheating. When I tried to resolve the issue, the staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, showing no intention of correcting their mistake. The way they handled the situation was the worst I have ever encountered. Their attitude and lack of basic customer service were appalling. I would never recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise others to stay away unless they want to be overcharged and disrespected.

I recently stayed at Sai Residency and had an unexpectedly disappointing experience. The first issue was with the parking area – there’s a significant hump at the entrance. My car got stuck, and it was clear the hump has caused issues for others too, given the visible scratches. To make matters worse, there was no warning sign about this, and when I raised it with the receptionist, the response was dismissive, as if it was a new problem. The second major issue was that they turned off the AC in the middle of the night. This made for an uncomfortable stay, especially after already dealing with the parking problem. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you value decent customer service and a comfortable, uninterrupted stay.

I have booked this hotel through Agoda website for one Adult just to keep my luggage for 7hrs and paid the money in advance but receptionist didn't allow me to checkin and fought with me and my wife , no human sense asking 3500 rs extra for family room ,, we told that we booked just to keep my luggage. Additionally not received proper response from Agoda. Worst experience in my life

WELCOME TO JUNGLE DIRTY WALLS, DIRTY FLOOR 1. If you wanna enjoy company with mosquitos and cockroaches, you are really welcome. 2. Worst receptionist. 3. Rude behaviour. 4. No parking space. 5. Noisy room with bus sounds. No proper sound proofing. 6. High prices for such a small room

The receptionist and other staff are very rude to customers, had a very bad experience by booking through online. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had booked two' rooms. They cancelled both rooms and allotted one family room which caused lot of inconvenience as we were five members.also cockroaches and mosquitos troubled us. Overall badly managed

Decent and safe place. Nice cheerful staff to guide and support. Manager Thopious and chandru were very helpful
