Once we enter the room, its like a bad smell. Blankets are not washed. Full of dirty. They say Water heater available but it's not working. In Google map it show 3 star hotel. But not. No Room services.

Horrible accomodation. Function hall is converted as room stays which is not maintained well. Bed bugs are there. Bed sheets and towels are not replaced. No parking place for car. Price is too expensive in the off season also. Don't prefer to stay in this ~hotel~ function hall

First thing first. Their rate is 1377 including vat. Even if booked in advance and even if it's offseason they will loot you charging more than double the charge. And they will force you to do full payment upfront if you need to book a room. So beware. The facility is not a proper hotel, but a modified hall or auditorium where marriages or other gatherings take place. Most walls are temporary partition. Seems they converted the property to rooms since they don't get enough functions to hold. Lot of insects in the rooms. My daughter woke up with puffy eyes due to infection and had to take her to the hospital 1st thing in the morning. There are common toilets on the ground floor towards the parking space, and the whole area is stinking. There is no lift in the facility. Wifi is only available at the reception. Guests have to stay at the reception to avail wifi facility. The parking is very congested. Cannot park more than 3 cars. Means if there are more than 3 guests.. they will have to remove one car to bring out the other cars. Cleanliness is below average. They don't provide drinking water, toiletries, blankets etc. They have a card access locks on the door which is good. Not recommended. There are better hotels around and better to do better research at least those who are coming from far away places. They are not into professional hotel business and doesn't seems to be either, as they somehow want to draw rent from their otherwise vacant property. The poor person at the reception can just hand over the keys and is unaware of anything else. No blame on him, but that shows how seriously the management deals with things.

They got payment with GST but no bill was issued asked for bill they will WhatsApp us till now not recd

Though the room is in prime location. There is no room service available and the room is not maintained on a regular basis. The welcome kits is not available so you should bring everything.

I SUGGEST NOT TO STAY HERE AT ANY COST. Such a worst place it was. I never wrote a review about hotel in past. Here I should. Bcoz I don't want others to struggle lyk me. Booked room for 3 ppl, but no extra mattress and they refused to give, but I paid money for everything. The man who is at reception was so rude too. Rooms not clean and no roof fan. Ac temperature was set to default and they will give remote which is useless.
