Hotel Venkatesh

Decent stay near south car street and auto stand nearby. The good part is it is budget friendly and 24 hours check in and out facility. Non AC rooms cost 700 INR for a double bed with an attached indian toilet. . The best food you consider is temple food but you need to wait for the queue ( 200 - 300 ). If you have a local guide or friends it is so helpful for hassle free shopping and sightseeing.

Bad experience ,worst bed sheets, worst washroom, Worst hotel has a smell😞. Budget lodge. Simple one. Very close to the temple.

This hotel is very close to the temple (5 min waking distance). The water quality is worst. You will only ruin you hairs if you have a bath here. Rooms are decent. From the terrace you'll get a good view of the temple gopura as well as the sea.

Hotel is ok if you are searching for reasonable stay but there is no gyser or hot water. Nearly 200m from South gate and 800m from Agnithirtham. There is Auto stand at the gate of hotel. Auto driver drops you here if you came through train(As I) and also you will get Auto for rameshwaram tour( pack includes10 local temple and Dhanushkodi) . Near to hotel there is Marvadi dhaba where you can enjoy only veg food of North India and maharashrian food.

Night manager recorded 300 Rupees less than what I actually paid. Didn't matter until the next day when I wanted a little AC after long hot day and it was switched off. Day manager argued until I showed my receipt. Keep your receipts and check that what is in the book is what you are told. Could have been a 5. Hmmmm wonder what happened to that 300?

Good location for ramnathlingeswar, Jyotirlinga and Temple as well as sea beach rate Rs 750 per room, no lift but for one day stay ok. You can take auto or car for sight seeing just Rs 800 - 1000 for pambam bridge, apj Abdul kalam museum, ramtirtham, sita tirtham, laxman tirtham and dhanuskoti.
