Dear Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your hotel. The experience was highly disappointing and uncomfortable for both me and my family. Firstly, the staff was extremely rude and appeared to be more focused on money rather than providing quality service. Additionally, there was a mistake with the booking, where the check-in time was incorrectly marked as AM by Yatra Dham. Despite this issue, the hotel manager, Mr. Govind, was unhelpful and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. He called us to the room and forced us to pay for the night at 12 AM, causing unnecessary stress for our group, which included 10 people and young children. This situation was extremely distressing, especially with small children and a baby in our group. We had no time to settle in properly, and the entire ordeal was unnecessarily difficult. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and take appropriate actions to ensure future guests do not have to face such unpleasant experiences. Rooms are good, however the management in reception are rude, even after booking in advance they didn't give the room as requested and made us opt for more costly room. It's better to stay in other places

I firstly called them up to enquire about the rooms and regarding donating for annadanam, they person who spoke on call was kind of rude or that audacity i have no clue as I received very vague answers. So I decided to pay a visit and enquire regarding the annadanam program they have a wierd rule where they want the people to come register the name if they want to have food and again come back at the food timing, which disappointed me. At the same time I asked if they consider to note the names if a person calls and informed them, that is a big NO. People would visit this kind of choultry because of the service rendered. I happened to have a conversation with one person who visited just at the lunch time where they were turned down because the name wasn't given before hand. Definitely not the way a choultry should be run. I hope they change the rule and welcome the people whole heartedly.

It is a very good place to stay. The room was big enough for 4 people and the food was included. The room and the washroom was clean. The temple was just 500m from the hotel.

Dnt come if ur Vysya stay outside with best rooms and cheaper price management behaviour is just like rude dnt donate any thing to this people I'm a Vysya I went there asking for room or doormatry only 25 people come then one they are giving doormatry other wise not giving rooms and locker very worst experience I have facein my life with management

Lunch and dinner is free which is suitable for large family , timing is fix for lunch and dinner, location is best and as a central point for all religious places nearby .

Rooms are just about manageable No hot water in rooms They don't provide blankets if its a non ac room Even in ac room blankets were torn Car parking is a issue as we don't have enough space inside and if we park it may be tough to get the vehicle out because many others will park blocking the area If you park in the main road there is a fine of 1000 to 2000rs There is paid parking right opposite bit they charge 100rs per car per night if you can remove vehicle by 6 am or if it goes beyond you have to pay 100rs extra
