SIU Mansion Lodge

Pathetic experience I had with the care taker. Booked an ac room via agoda and when I reached, care taker told it is not an ac room and it's a non ac room. He asked me to pay additional 300 rs for AC room. The way care taker handles the customer is with a lot of arrogance. As I had no other option I paid the extra amount they demanded and took the room. The condition of room is worst. Room is with odour of kerosene as they have sprayed kerosene for killing insects. It's a conjested room and the bathroom itself is not well maintained. The condition of ac itself is not good. Please don't prefer this Lodge if u are looking for a standard stay.

Non AC Double sharing rooms at Rs. 7,000 all inclusive of EB, WIFI, TV Cable connection with attached bathrooms. One month rent is an advance payment. Best for bachelor working and studying. Smoking and Drinking is strictly not allowed. Good care taker and weekly cleaning of the room by the servant. Clean and Neat place to stay.

Stayed here with family for few hours to freshen up. Rooms are very compact and there is no much leg space between two cots. Reception staff was good. Rooms are maintained clean||||Situated on a narrow road and our taxi driver asked us to get down on the main road itself and walk till the hotel (Its about 200 mtrs from main road).||||Felt not worth for money paid. You can consider for stopover or one night stay.

We found this lodge online which pretty okay reviews compared to the others with really poor ones. After crashing for the night, I'd say that this is a really good option for bachelor's, students or people on a budget because although the rooms are small, the price is reasonable. The also had facilities of drinking and bathing water, also the washrooms were pretty clean making our stay really memorable. Kudos

Hi I have stayed here for 1 day when I visited Chennai for my visa biometric. It is near Egmore railway station so it is easy to reach, they provide drinking water, wifi and rooms are really clean and washrooms are near. I say it's value for money they charged me 600 for 2 members for 1 day.

Its an average place for staying 1-2 days. I have taken a single bedroom without air conditioning. Bathrooms are good and Cleaned. Got a TV. And better to take room with AC because it is too hot inside even with fan.

Took an AC room for 900 rupees which is way too much I reckon. ,Room was without a window and had a moldy smell. People are smoking inside the rooms so smell is bed and damp My bed was cracking and squeeky The area doesn't have good energies so I wouldn't recommend. The room was reletevly clean

Great experience staying here. Perfect for a short trip. I stayed here for 2 days and the room was small but clean and the staff was polite. Not to mention budget friendly. Overall I loved this place.
