Little bit they have to improve. 1. Water should be less bleaching powder. 2. They should provide soap. 3. Drinking water is not there. 4. Fees is high.. I hope they will give me a discount on my best visit.💝💝 Love u Chennai frm Assam

Room is big. You don't have hot water in baths. If you are not bothered about room service then its good. Very near to egmore railway station.

We have always preferred hotels in Egmore rather than the overcrowded Chennai Central Station area. If you're looking for a hotel that's centrally situated, nothing beats the location of the Imperial Palace. Bang opposite Egmore station, this is one of the oldest hotels in the locality. Private transport options from here are plentiful be it chartered cabs or luxury buses. Ours was a basic room with basic amenities. They certainly didn't smack of royalty but were pretty okay...after all, this is one of the better hotels in the area. What's important is the rooms were clean, the bathrooms well bleached and the housekeeping staff turned up quite faithfully daily to clean up. All in all, a pretty good hotel.

Good price and good service. Rooms are a bit shabby but they let a group stay at normal price without headcount based costs. Good for bachelor groups.

We stayed with family in 3 rooms and it was like a family treat at Imperial Plaza. Proper safe accommodation for women rooms are clean and hygienic
