Very very rude behaviour from the front office staff. No one should visit this place if you are with family. Totally disappointed with the place and disrespectful staffs. Owner pls appoint someone who is gentle and polite.

Lift was not working. Had to pay the room service boy to carry the luggage up. AC did not have remote, the line was made direct. There were frequent power cuts during our stay. Overall, not a good experience.

Worst behaviour.....I stayed for one night, as I need to catch up my train from Chennai Central railway station. The person in charge of the reception area is rude and misbehaving with us. Very very bad, worst, behaviour of the manager or similar person....

The worst people The manager and reception person don’t know how to speak with customer and how to receive them. They treat customers with out respect.Assoles I have requested them for AC remote to control and they dont know English n hi dhi and they are thinking I don’t know how to operate AC and guiding me with rude words. Not sure why these type of worst people running hotels And before entering they told its the deluxe room and after I have taken room the AC is not even working when I have asked they said it’s a central programming that’s it. I request ppl to please don’t go if any doubts you can reply here
